Very poor customer service. Actually, not poor service it's the worst service.
Specially manager and supervisor of place d'orleans, Ottawa . They don't know how to respond nicely. How to listen customers concern .Such a big company is losing value because of the bad employee. I will never ever go back to this place.
Firstly, their employees charge the full price of the item from my gift card while the item was on sale. When i told her, she said I would put back the amount in your gift card and do the new transaction. She didn't put it back and charge me again from the gift card. When I informed all situations to the manager and supervisor. They are really not interested in listening to anything. Even they said we can not give any random amount to anyone. What is the meaning of a random amount. I said, "Excuse me, it's not any random amount." I have the receipt of the mistake which your employee did. She said I could not do anything. Go to online customer service. Her behavior is very rude. Needs to change manager and supervisor. I can give minus star if I had an option. Worst service ever.

Really poor customer service. Supervisors and managers do not take the time to listen to their customer’s inquiries/concerns, but rather dismiss them. Do not recommend shopping here.

I could not explain how disappointed I was with the customer service of HMI am in Ontario. I received 2 items as gifts, that were recently purchased from HM in Calgary Airport.One item was not the right size. Customer service told me retail stores do not have the right size in stores, but it is available online.I was told the store can only exchange the items ONLY for what is in stock. I asked if they can somehow do return and order the right size that is available online for me get in store. The answer was repeating what the agent thought a positive statement that I may make an exchange for the size available in store.I asked the agent, did you really hear my concern? He said sorry there is nothing I can do.I am stuck with an item that is no good to me, and a vendor that does not offer alternatives.I will ask my friends to choose vendors with better customer service next time they choose to gift me.We are totally disappointed. If the store was closer I would go and return both items.

I just had the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life when dealing with a “manager”. I went to H&M yesterday to return 5 items that I purchased online that I didn’t like, and when I left the store I realized that the first item on the receipt was a charge for a $50 dress that I didn’t buy. So rather than getting my full refund back, I left with $50 missing from my return.After I realized this, I called H&M customer service and they sent me over to the supervisor where I explained that I was just charged for an item I didn’t take and they said that I needed to come back to the store the next day so that they can review the cameras. I went back today and talked with the manager named Kristen who then went in the back to review the cameras. While we were waiting, another customer needed assistance with a return and Kristen came back out and we asked her how much longer it would be as we had already wasted a lot of time for H&M to correct their own error and we had somewhere to be. After I asked this, Kristen was extremely rude saying that “it could be 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes” and that we need to “actually give her time” to review the cameras in a sarcastic manner. After I called her out for being rude she said that I was also being rude and that this isn’t her problem that this happened. I asked her how we will be compensated for the time, gas, and rude behaviour that we have experienced and her answer to this was “well how am I going to be compensated”. She is a manager, currently being paid to do her job, yet this is how she speaks to customers. She then asked if I want to continue arguing with her or if she can go back to review the footage. After she went in the back room she didn’t come back out and instead another employee gave me her phone to speak with their more experienced manager, Angelina. Angelina was fabulous and apologized on behalf of Kristen and her unacceptable behaviour and was able to issue the refund within 5 minutes.Never in my life have I been treated so poorly and immaturely by a manager and it’s honestly very embarrassing for H&M to have someone like this representing their brand.

Never again, can you imagine that the employee refuses that my wife uses the changing cabinets just because they don't have enough staff to watch her ??... she needed to try different clothes and then pick those that fits... the lady told her to take them at home and then return those that does not fit !!!! We had like 7 models and sized to try ... imaging paying for all of them to just try at home and only get one !!! This is crazy !!! We will never return there for sure !!!
