the old lady with the frizzy hair was rude , my mom was kindly asking regarding a canada post, with a rude tone she said " do you see any". Great job old lady !!! you must really hate your job don't work there ??

I liked this store. But has gone downhill the last few years. And they used to have a post office it was so handy to have it there but now they closed.

Got home from Hallmark and added up the xmas cards I just purchased. It came to $57 and she charged me $67 she didn't leave a receipt and I paid cash. So she puts $10 in her pocket. Wonder how many times a day this happens....

The Post Office has moved out making room for more items of interest. Staff are happy to help and suggest the right card or gift.

Purchasing a card was perfectly fine. Going to the post office with a rude and heated postal worker in place was an uncomfortable task. I wasn't the customer in the attached photo, however, I certainly was treated the same way once I politely asked the senior chap why he permitted people to go to the post office ahead of me. .. Capacity regulations are one thing, enforcement by an angry employee is something else.

I visited this store in early November to buy my annual Christmas ornaments..I was with my sister and our 12 year old daughters, (who both know how to behave In any store as they do love to shop) when we asked a few questions about certain items the older woman (who was following us around and eyeballing us as if we were going to steal,) responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner.When at checkout the younger woman was very polite with us and anwser our questions and was helpful, for this reason I gave 2 star review.I honestly won't return to this location as the older woman made us feel quite uncomfortable, she actually waited at the door for us to leave and although I said "have a nice day " to try and lighten the mood she just glared at me.. just an awful experience

Posted price of some items requires membership in some foolish "Crown Club". I don't want another membership I want the posted price. Bait and switch... ridiculous.
