High Ties Cannabis Store in downtown Ottawa is a local, independently owned dispensary offering an elevated experience with state-of-the-art technology. The store features a great selection of quality products and variety in abundance. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and have a "happy to see you" attitude. They provide awesome service and are very polite, offering helpful advice on products for specific needs like pain relief or sleep. The priority is connecting with guests to help them find the perfect product. A significant concern raised is that the Rideau Street location often has only one employee working from opening until mid-afternoon. This creates a safety concern for both the staff and customers, especially given the downtown location and the presence of sometimes aggressive individuals. One person cannot adequately manage the door, check IDs, run the counter, answer all product questions, and retrieve items from the back, leaving the front unattended. Customers feel this is a safety issue and note that other High Ties locations always have two or more staff members. The store receives praise for its knowledgeable team and quality products, but the staffing issue at the Rideau location is a repeated and serious concern for customer and employee safety.
The delivery at this location is top notch. The girl who drives named Melanie is fast and always on time. Have recommended to my friends who cant get in store. Thanks for providing this service.
