Been comming here for a while and this new bud tender they have was sucking his snot in and " snoring " super nasty , when I made him aware he acted like i offended him .. . It's rude to do that in front of a client ... after I left he whisper something under his breath...... only reason I gave a 3* is because everyother time I've come here I've had a great experience...

Overall I had a great buying experience, the store was clean and tidy and the employees are all very helpful and friendly, especially Harry who gave me good advice and helped me choose the right products for me. I will definitely be coming back for my future purchases.

I just wanna give you guys 5 stars because you're the Best Weed Delivery Dispensary in Ottawa for cannabis loving new moms, since we apparently can bring our babies into the LCBO, but not the cannabis dispensaries (make it make sense lol). So thank you for delivering and making mat leave a little less boring!

Don't know if it's neglect or just 0 customer appreciation but for the last few purchases, it's been dried out, old, moldy weed which would probably explain the mold smell in the shop. I specifically asked for a newer dated bag and I guess they didn't have it or just didn't care about my request. Never going by here again. Just seems to be something wrong everytime I buy and I never get my buzz and end up pissed that I wasted money on oregano.

The employee named Justin refused to service my friend who is a beautiful black girl, a long time loyal customer and well over the legal age limit. 10 mins later she asked her friend, a white girl, to go get her what she was looking to buy since she got sent away, and of course, he agreed to service the white girl. Don’t go here. They are clearly living in the 1950s
