I placed an order online. One of the products received was a resealed product, the rare packets were missing and those present contained air and the cards were not in the correct order. I contacted the manufacturer, and they told me that in this case, it is the business that must replace me or reimburse the product, since it is not a problem that comes from the factory . Hobbiesvilles only told me it wasn't their problem and I haven't heard back from them since. I am extremely disappointed, since I have not had any problems with their orders in the past.

My order has been processing for a week now. The automated response from support said I would hear something by today, but still nothing.
Edit: order has now shipped. With no explanation as to why it's so late.

Seriously disappointed by delivery of online purchase.
Needed a gift for Jan 3rd & ordered on December 21. Was told up to 3 business days for processing & 2-4 for shipping.
Package shipped Dec. 27, and Hobbiesville decided to ship with Canada Post despite all the delays. It won't get here til January 6th.
No updates/apologies received. Seriously disappointed because I would have happily paid extra for timely delivery & there were alternative options for other stores where I could have gotten my kid their present on time for a little more money.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company. There was a small issue with receiving the wrong items in my order. Let me start by saying it was Christmas time so I can only imagine how many orders they were packing in a day so the item mix up was forgivable. I emailed their support team and within 2 business day they had sent my order plus a return label for the item I received mistakenly. Excellent customer service, super friendly! I will shop here time and time again!!!

EDIT: I have been a customer of Hobbiesville for a few years now, I usually don’t have a problem ordering from them, but I recently placed a pre-order for multiple items when I received the package and it was missing two of my items.
After investigation, they did replace the items. The owner or whomever reads/replies to these reviews genuinely cares about their customers.
Im glad the issue could be solved with honesty/integrity because I love to shop from Hobbiesville and will continue for many years to come! Thanks for tracking down my missing items!!

I've ordered from them online, and they are always super fast. They have a great selection of items. Had an issue with one of my orders, and customer service was super helpful. Wish they had a shop in Vancouver.

bought 3 sets of tins and they were resealed. I contacted them to tell them the issues and they said they cant help me and i have to contact the manufacture. basically telling me if not the store's fault even tho i bought it from them and not from the manufacture. I understand its not the store's fault but asking me to contact the manufacturer when I bought from them is not professional. If i have to contact the manufacturer for the problem, why am i not paying the manufacturer price and paying your store's price?

nice place, friendly staff. only issue is one employee shouts rather than talks. hisvboice is booming and rather startling at times. as someone with autism i would warn others that this is not a sensory friendly store.

Overall pretty good. The only thing I don't like is the price gouging on trading cards. In a span of a few days for boxing week saw a booster box go from $119 to $125 to $139 then "on sale" back to $125. After boxing day went to $139

Don't order here online! They aren't capable of providing an invoice, so you have huge trouble with customs. Very unprofessional!
Still haven't received an answer from them after over 24 hours.

Stopped ordering from hobbiesville years ago as it was a battle for them to actually ship my item (took months) here i am again, pre ordered surging sparks well before release date and still have not shipped my booster box. My terapagos ultra premium collection shipped before my surging sparks pre order. Several weeks after ordering surging sparks. Company can't hold any integrity
