The level of incompetence in this organization is next level. The people in the office and the management have no common sense or ability to think on their own. If I could give them a negative star review I would!!!!

Hydro ottawa is not a good company and the reason they treat people the way they do is they know we the customer have no other company to go to for electricity so they dont care how they treat us
