I needed a rebuilt altenator for my Aveo 5. After searching different places, around town an online. was able to get one at an amazing price. Sadly, I had a problem with the rebuilt. The owner did everything to rebuild the one I purchased, but it was no good. So the owner gave me a brand new altenator in the box for the same price as the rebuilt one leaving him out of pocket to himself, and he told me there was no extra cost to me. Customer service was well above any I had at other places. Friendly... polite ...a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to satisfy me as a customer, and he did by far. I will be buying any future auto parts from J & M Desas Expert for all my automotive needs in the future aswell as refer them to my friends and family...

In parts they are a good company but in thier repair shop so dis management they do labour charge more than double than other garages, they are unprofessional before understanding they open the parts which is not damaged, they keep the car as much as they want to repair making a lots of excuses and etc ......

I write this not lightly. I was stranded with my car on an evening I knew that my car was in serious trouble. These guys didn't only show up when other other car servicing centers were closed, they did so with the exact size of car parts my car required then went on to install so fast ! We couldn't believe their depth knowledge, precision and vigilance. Kind & caring true Experts by far ! Strongly recommended !!
