Jacquie was exceptional! She went above and beyond through our Class B purchase, explaining the process clearly and making sure we found the best lender for our needs. She made herself available, answered all our questions (we had alot!) and got the job done. Eventhough we unknowingly had very tight timelines and the value of our purchase was on the lower side, she guided us through to a successful purchase. We could not be happier with her services! Jacquie and her team were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
As a late-in-life first time homeowner, my first mortgage expired on Nov. 1st. I knew what I needed, which included refinancing to cover recent renovations, but had no idea how to present it or shop it around.
Jacquie and her team “virtually” held my hand throughout, and made it a painless event in the trauma-laden world of high finance and relentless red tape. Her detailed progress reports were paint by number simple (as requested…lol), detailing what steps were completed, and what steps were coming. Steps I needed to undertake were highlighted and surprisingly minimal.

Our mortgage was up for renewal at the beginning of the summer. This is a very frightening time as rates are high and it is a lot of unknown with banks. Jacquie Bushell went above and beyond to get us the rates that we wanted. Her patience to guide my husband and I through every step helped us complete the sometimes gruelling task and still enjoy our summer holiday. Jacquie explains in great detail every step of the process and makes the difficult appear incredibly easy. I can't imagine doing it without her professionalism and support.
