In searching for a car for months, I was able to feel instantly at ease at Janex. Specifically Wilson and Ujjwal were so kind, helpful, understanding, and quick to ensure everything I wanted was met. They fought to get me the best price and service. Worked around my busy schedule, and never once forced my hand. I have been to plenty of dealers and this was the only one that made me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you all. I would highly recommend them. (I also love my car)

Excellent service from everyone at Janex, but a huge shoutout to Ujjwal.. He made the process of finding a car for my family an easy one. He made sure to find something that had everything I needed. I drove off the lot with an even better car than I’d hoped for. Can’t thank him enough!

Amazing service, I recommend this spot heavily. Ken helped me throughout the process, and his customer service and expertise was incredible. Honest and informative. Great location in general but if you have the chance to go to Ken, he will make it worth your while. One of the best dealerships in the city, easily.

An employee at this dealership, Ujjwal, has been accused of inappropriate behavior toward female customers. His service is unprofessional and disrespectful toward women. The dealership lacks proper conduct guidelines and is poorly managed in this regard. After signing the contract, this employee gave me a ride home and made inappropriately physical contact,causing me emotional distress.
I informed the management by email, and they responded quickly the next day, apologizing for their lack of oversight with employees. They informed me that Ujjwal has been dismissed and assured me that it will be difficult for him to find work at another dealership in the future. I truly hope they follow through on their word. This incident caused me significant emotional distress and pressure, and it has led my family to reassess the safety of the area we live in.

Very good company. The staff and management are friendly and knowledgeable, and are basically trustworthy. They are all very much a team. The pricing is transparent and well explained, once the dust has settled. I purchased a vehicle through them without incident. It was a smooth overall process. I also, by pure coincidence, have a friend that purchased their car from Janex and they too have nothing but good things to say about them. I would purchase another car from them in the future without hesitation. They also have good inventory and selection. I definitely recommend them.

Made an account solely for this review. Predatory, unhelpful, dishonest, shady, and careless. Purchased a Buick Enclave in 2022. The AC didn't work at purchase so they "fixed it". Three months later the entire AC was shot and would run me $2,500 to fix. On top of that, the check engine light came in shortly after purchase. Along with that the Stabilitrak turned off, the traction control stopped working, and the timing chain in the engine had to be replaced.. another $6,800. I figured their shop would take care of it - and they said they would. I wasn't aware that keeping it at the shop for 3 months and not moving it an inch from where I dropped it off was what they considered taking care of it. Their excuse? EVERYONE was on vacation. That is not how any business, especially vehicle repair, should function. Now, the car is showing - and I had no idea this was even possible - an "Engine Power Reduced Notification". 4000RPMS, 30km/hr. The engine stalled shortly after. This is an automatic car. Didn't even know that was possible. So, I figured I'd see if they could help me at all. Their sales manager said there was nothing that could be done on the piece of garbage they sold me. So now I have to pay off a lemon they sold me that I'm going to be scrapping in the coming days. They also have NO record of the sale of my vehicle?? I have the contract but they don't? Got it. That's not shady at all. Thanks Janex. You should be ashamed. If I could rate less than 1 Star I absolutely would. Waste of money, mental strength, and time. I wouldn't trust these guys to sell water in the desert, let alone any sort of vehicle that is semi-reliable at the very least.

We purchased a used convertible in August 2024. Management, sales and service were amazing. They were very responsive and attentive to every detail. They were above board, honest and went above and beyond to accommodate us with this sale. We're from out of town and needed to travel to test drive and return to pickup the car. They were sensitive to this and ensured every detail was taken care of so we could drive away with no issues or concerns. The car was immaculate and all safety and mechanical issues addressed! We've been driving this car daily and have had no issues. Thank you for this pleasant purchasing experience.

They credit checked me twice And send applications to many different banks in a day !!! Burnt many banks that i could use in the future what a shame NOT PROFFESIONAL AT ALL.

Got my first car here. Good people. Ujjwal and Arthur would always message or call me to give an update regarding the car, they were very helpful. Was very happy with the service. :)
