Needed shoelaces for my converse, decided to stop in here as Journeys is my go to for shoes!! Was helped by Lexy, she found me exactly what I needed and even showed me some of the current popular styles! On top of it all she was about to go on her break and was still willing to help me out and not rush me! Will be shopping here again!

Great shoe selection, Docs, Birks, Uggs and more. Didn't have my size/colour, so sales associate ordered them for me, shipping to my house at no charge and will get them within next few days. Awesome customer service!

Went in today sat morning june 15. Me and my daughter went in to buy a pair of boots. There was only us as customers in the store 1 guy was supposed to be working and in assuming his friend keeping him company standing there talking to each other. After 10min finally the guy comes over to ask if he can get a certain size. I ask for 3 different options in boots. He gets the right sizes dropsnthe boxes and leaves to go chat again. No help at all.....
There was another guy that came out of the back he was actually working !
My daughter was so uncomfortable with the whole situation and them doing nothing but staring at us while yapping to each other that we left.
We went to famous footwear and dropped 600 bucks on boots and shoes.
Terrible customer service there guys.

Great service, staff were super friendly :)I really wanted dr martens to do with my grad outfit and thought I was out of luck until I saw online that I could get them here! Person I talked to on the phone was really nice and helpful, but I don't have their name. I'm super happy with the boots I got, thanks!

3 friendly ladies who were really dedicated to help us. We were in to buy Converse for my daughter. They had a very good big selection at a decent price. Store was really well maintained.

My wife purchased a pair of shoes here and after wearing them for not even 12h, they were half a size too small. Still in perfect condition. They do not return or exchange "worn" products. 156$ gone down the drain from a normal "breaking in" the shoes. Unreal. Do not buy shoes here.This is coming from a Tanger Outlet EMPLOYEE. The attitude and audacity was unreal.
