I had an awesome experience yesterday. Very grateful for the service. People who were working there yesterday are very helpful and attentive. It’s not my first time buying things in that location. Highly recommend mostly due to the special offers and sales . And , off course, because of the super nice and helpful workers

went there for shoes for my son, i requested a pair of shoes in his size, and after waiting almost ten minutes the guy is holding up the floor model shoe asking me what size again?! On top of that they charge 80$ for the same adidas foot locker is charging 50$ for…. wouldn’t recommend for the rude staff and the prices are also higher than other stores

I went to buy shoelaces, but saw a lot of other products I'd buy. Impressed with the selection of kids' shoes...and especially the debit machine. More stores need those.

I've never had bad experiences in store but I recently purchased heelys for my son for christmas online only to receive the wrong style and shoe all together. I understand there being stock issues but I'm very upset I wasn't informed or even offered the option to cancel my order and/or choose another style or to retry purchasing again at a later time. Now I'm dealing with customer service and being told I have to ship it back and they'll ship another pair which would be fine if this WASN'T a christmas gift. The reason i shop online is because i have severe social anxiety and I'd appreciate you all just getting the order right in the first place or just don't bother shipping it out at all or have offered me some choice in how I would have wanted this issue resolved. most places I've dealt with in this situation usually have no problem sending over another pair while I ship back the item but now I have to wait probably a week to get it to them and another week to get another pair shipped. I'm so upset and i feel so inconvienced and i'm not happy with how this was dealt with. I can't get my money back for the wrong order, I have one less gift for under the christmas tree and now I, the customer am forced to have to fix someone elses mistake! fix your process PLEASE
