Code for elevator is old news, it’s inefficient and stupid, not safe.
Elevator doors crushing items and customers is also old news, especially when no one else is calling the elevator. Inefficient and stupid.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Public Storage! The facility is impeccably clean, temperature-controlled for comfort, and accessible 24/7, which is incredibly convenient. The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite the short blonde-haired lady's unsmiling face, her kindness and helpfulness shine through from the inside. Additionally, the young, tall, blond gentleman who rented the unit to me was exceptionally kind-hearted and helpful. Every member of the team was incredibly nice and treated me with the utmost care and respect. It's evident that they take great pride in their work and treat the facility as if it were their own. This team deserves a raise for their outstanding dedication to customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every client. This has been the best thing that happened during my one-year stay in Ottawa; nothing else came close to this level of excellence. Highly recommend Just Right Self Storage to anyone in need of storage solutions! I left one week from today and wanted to express my gratitude before departing. The lady even wished me a true safe trip back to the US, which was a heartfelt gesture that I truly appreciated.

Very high quality warehouse. Safe, constant heating, humidity control, extreme cleanliness. Easy access to boxes 24/7. Access to toilets. The best place in the region if the temperature is important to you or your belongings.

The best of the best warehouses I have rented in Canada: clean, completely secure 24/7 access, they provide the padlock, courteous and responsive staff. I have rented warehouses from them twice for long periods over the last 14 years and the quality of service has always been 5⭐. And what about their honesty, or even their spontaneity, in making reimbursements even when the contractual terms do not require them to do so? I highly recommend this place and thank them for the quality of their EXCEPTIONAL service.

My Dad has had a unit here for years, but I got to come for the first time a few days ago. Friendly people, impressive security, and honestly, *shockingly* clean.DO NOT park across the street, not even for a few minutes to go inside and ask about parking — Despite having a giant empty parking lot, they hand out $75 tickets like candy.

Amazing! The facility feels brand new. All the storage containers are in great condition, the entire space is temperature controlled, there is key card access to get into each section of the facility aswell as switch floors. They also have a drive through unloading system which was amazing to unload with.
