For two years in row I had to return to this establish for a follow up spray as they missed certain areas of my vehicle . This year I even had to pay another company to respray my vehicle. Take aways from using them are:
A. They do a better job with with some customers than others
B. I’ve watched them spend Significant more and less time on some vehicles than others
B. Some technicians are better than others; some will cut corners; and the owner isn’t on top of it
C. When using them you need to double check areas missed on your vehicle and will have to return.
D. You run the risk of wasting hours of your time getting it right.
This is the first google review I’ve ever posted on a business and if i had more time on my hands I’d also be taking this business to small claims court. It would have been the right thing to do given all the time I wasted doing business here and the lack of respect they give some customers over others. My advice, drive to another location cause you never know what you’re gonna get over at this one.

Great through and friendly service. They did the rustproofing and gave my car a quick exterior wash making it look fresh. Nicer waiting lobby than most Krowns I've been to.

Fantastic customer service, great hours (open later couple of nights a week, and that's so appreciated). Everyone I dealt with couldn't have been more polite, kind, or helpful. Thanks for everything and see you next year. Highly recommend!

I've been to this location in past years and had good service, but won't be going again.
Interior had greasy hand-prints all over. Floor mat's got a nice set of oily footprints now - that's not coming out easily. They unplugged my dash cam purposely for whatever reason, which is super shady?!
Exterior was quickly sprayed after treatment, but still left with beads of oily residue all over the paint. It's dirty work, I get it, but come on...
Ultimately, it's not their car, so they don't care.

Made an appointment for next day for rust control. They were super accommodating for the times that worked for me. I was coming from 30 minutes away. Last time I went to have it done at a different place, the car smelled so bad it gave me a headache. This time, totally fine. The front desk was super kind and informative. They did it quicker than promised. Did a quick look after, and it seems they got everything! Honestly 5 stars all around. Will come back again!
