Needed new duck boots & couldn't figure the sizing chart online. Went the Train Yards store for assistance. Alissa provided the details required & purchased correct sized boots.Alissa was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly/ pleasant. It was a great experience to receive excellent customer service.
