LCBO needs to take empties with deposit refund for customers.
They charge the deposit but won't repay. Now most Beer Stores closed it is difficult to return empty bottles to get deposit cost refund.
You charge the deposit you should accept empties and refund the deposit cost. Please!

My favourite LCBO! My husband and I live in Niagara, but our son and his partner live in Ottawa. They love to take us to this LCBO, for great reasons. The staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. My favourite space in this store is the basement, which is where you can find the best vintage selections. On Saturday’s they have a nice wine tasting bar, where you can taste some of their favourite selections. Today, they served some wines from France and Greece. The staff, specifically Dias, Molly, Nesta and Emilia are exceptional! They are so knowledgeable about all the wines they are serving, which I love listening to. They can tell you what region the wine is from, the grapes that were used, the descriptions and personal tastes. They can describe all the specific tasting notes, what to expect on the nose, the palate and the wines’ texture. They also served little charcuterie cups with the wines, which is a great touch. All of the staff make you feel comfortable, at home and you feel as if you’re good friends. I can’t say enough about the entire staff and experience! And, they carry some really great vintages of my favourite wines, Riesling CSV & Estate, Chardonnay Estate and my absolute fave, La Penna, all from Cave Spring Winery in Jordan and Beamsville! ♥️🍷

Great LCBO, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The vintages section in the basement is especially nice, and the employee recommendations have been great (especially when you get to know their tastes)

Great selection of products, and great staff. Celeste is one of the kindest individuals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and our brief checkout sessions feel like I’m reconnecting with an old friend. I will go out of my way to visit this location in hopes of seeing Celeste from afar and exchanging a smile. She is extraordinary, and most certainly deserves recognition for connecting with every customer she greets.
