LCBO is a great location with very friendly and helpful staff. The cashiers are extremely funny and knowledgeable, making choosing the right wine a breeze. Staff are understanding and very kind when errors happen, like a dropped bottle or a dented can, often allowing an exchange. They provide spot-on recommendations and help you find your drink of choice quickly. While they might never have the perfect stock, it is optimal for convenience and offers better service than other locations. The overall experience is welcoming and the staff make the shop lovely.

Got an amazing customer service from Vittorio the bald guy.. hes got right energy, great treatment and great talk. I work in a restaurant and felt that this is the top level customer service. The guy is awesome. Keep doing it brother
