I was buying head shower, and I asked the gentleman from that department what was the price and I was told $25,99. I asked him to double check and he insured me that’s the price. At the checkout the price was $39.99. That’s why I asked him two times and I suggested that maybe someone put it in the wrong place, because little lower there’s lots of them for $39.99. So I waisted lots of time for nothing. Don’t go there! They will give you bad advice and can’t rectify the situation.

I highly recommend this Home Hardware. They are extremely friendly, helpful. The store is very large and well stocked. They were very helpful when I ordered a BBQ and it was available very quickly.

I had very bad experience with one of the employee , three different times I asked him for something, he always said , we don't have it, everytime and when I search I found it. Very bad customer service, Never come back again . Today, I tried to return an item, they gave me hard time with long arguments with the store owner, who had bad behavior with me and he called the police because I told him I want to complain one of his employees because he treated the issue as a personal issue. Very bad customer service at all.
