I recently hired this moving company and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The job was handled by two movers — one of them was hardworking and efficient, in fact he did most of the heavy lifting, while the other showed a clear lack of motivation and slowed down the progress of the move.
Despite most items being easily accessible in the garage and porch, no bedroom furniture was included, the work took longer than necessary due to frequent delays and lack of effort from one of the movers. I even had to step in and assist to make sure the job was completed.
Overall, I found the service unprofessional and inefficient. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again for future moving needs.

We booked this company for our move and we took the day off from work for this (it was a Friday). Move was scheduled from 2-4pm, and they called at 3:30 to tell us that they will be late and will arrive between 5-6pm. They called at 5:30 to tell us they would have to reschedule as they aren't done with the previous job. They only gave us $20 off to compensate for this so we just cancelled.

Steven and Khushman were outstanding, they went above and beyond to make sure our couch got through our narrow hallway. They even considered going down the stairs from the 6th floor to ensure that they got the job done.No damage to our furniture or property! Outstanding work, will be contacting you guys again purely based on their customer service.

They were on time, professional, friendly, efficient and took great care in moving every piece of furniture. I also had a pleasant experience interacting with the office staff.
