Visited tonight. Found shoes we liked on the for sale display with a clearly displayed sale tag. Once we had chosen, the sales people looked in the system to find it “wasn’t on sale” and the tag was an error. Offered 15% off full price (still well above sticker price). Best to avoid.

i did bought 4 pairs at one time, my first time shopping at L’intervalle. I flew to Ottawa for a conference. anyway, story short i was pleased and satisfied with the customer service of the sales lady whoassisted me that time she was so kind and patience as my size is different from other tv e other shoes…Also, i was so thankful that she’s sending the three items in a package so i don’t have to bring it with me in the plane. i will shop at this store again only if the same beautiful and respectful sales lady. I forgot her name sorry. but she has a nice body figure with a long hair. Merci !

Amazing friendly staff who really pay attention to the needs of the customer and ask all of the right questions. You can tell that they really love the product and enjoy working in the store. I will definitely be back as this was the best customer service experience I had in any of the 3 shoe stores that I visited in the mall. Amazing quality too!

Honestly best service I've had. The young lady was very attentive and excellent! I highly recommend! BTW I've been to other shoe store not the level of service like I recieved from these people!

I was a loyal L’Intervalle customer for years at this store and online. This week soles of 2 pairs of boots of the same model different colours (my favourite boots) that I purchased a year ago split in half.The boots cannot be repaired and are no longer wearable. I contact customer service and am told nothing can be done because it’s past the one month return policy.Boots should continue to be wearable after a year. There is obviously a manufacturing issue with the soles of this particular product line because the upperleather part of the boots is in excellent condition but I’m told there’s nothing they can do.For the first time in years as a loyal customer I require assistance to address a quality issue from customer service and get absolutely no help.I am so disappointed in the response from customer service that I am no longer a customer and will be shopping for boots as well as shoes that last longer than a year elsewhere.L’Intervalle Response (see below): I followed up with customer service again as requested in the follow-up posted by L’Intervalle to my review. I find out that the response posted by L’Intervalle is simply a robotic posting automatically issued to address customer complaints. There was no sincere attempt to resolve the matter - so disappointing - and simply affirms that my business is going elsewhere.

I brought my online order in for an exchange because the item had a defect - the insole was torn in such a way that was rubbing up against the inside of my foot, straight out it the box. Given it’s a brand new item, expected better quality and so brought it in store for an exchange for an exact same pair and size.It has now been 3 weeks and I am yet to have the item, after being told shipping takes 1 week at most. I’ve been more than patient, called ONCE to inquire about it and met with attitude I didn’t expect from a company I shopped with for years. The tone and timbre of their voice was that of someone whose teeth are being pulled just to do the basics of their job. She was about to hang up as I was continuing to talk to ask when their shipments arrive. If you don’t like customer service, please don’t subject customers to your presence and attitude. Forget about an apology, or even anything simply to placate the situation; it was childish, defensive attitude.I was originally told the item may be here next week (going into 4th week now), all for an exchange for subpar quality of the item your company originally sold. I get 2 weeks, but going into 4 weeks is unacceptable for a store in the city’s biggest mall and country’s capital. Left a gross taste in my mouth - stuff happens, but attitude is unnecessary.

This past week I was undecided, had issues with sizing, re-ordered, exchanged, questioned and took forever to make a decision.I met Ahmed, Zachary and Fatima. They were very patient, kind and helpful. I really like my shoes and will definitely shop at Lintervalle again. ?

Just bought another great pair of boots from Moe and his staff! My closet is full of shoes from L'Intervalle because of the quality, the selection, and the style. You have to check them out!!

I went shopping at the Rideau Mall store of L'INTERVALLE on April 7, 2022, and I was blown away with the fantastic customer experience I had with Daniela the sales lady I met; bearing in mind the negative reviews I had read a night before online. When I got to the store, she was on the phone with another customer, and she welcomed me with a hand gesture and a smile (which I read from her eyes -masks on). I came to the store to get my right size and place order for a few shoes I had seen online. My need was a bit complicated and time consuming, however, Daniela was very patient and understanding. After about an hour, I walked out a very satisfied customer after placing my order. Thank you very much for a very great and pleasant service.N.B. From my deduction, the store has a new management team, so those who have had an unpleasant experience, please do give them another chance. There is huge sale on now, so spoil yourself, you deserve it after surviving the last two challenging years : ). God bless you.

I went to shop at l’intervalle Rideau last week because I needed a new pair of sandals and my friend highly recommended l’intervalle for the good quality and unique style of their shoes . I was so happy with the big variety that they have and had the most pleasant shopping experience with a team that was very dedicated and eager to help . Every single employee was nice , patient and professional. I spent more then an hour trying shoes and the girls were very helpful all the way . I ended up buying more then a pair and will come back again ! Thank you for all the team especially the manager (Moe ) . You are all awesome !!!!

one of the sandals is already broken after wearing them only 3 times. Consider the high price, this is not acceptable. Really bad quality. I will never buy from this store again.

I used to shop here for the years. Love the assortment and the quality. The shoes from this store were always my favorites. But this time I could not find anything for me. Everything was in great color, but in the same style.Can't say about the service because I had no chance to meet with it.
