I had an amazing experience at the L'Occitane store this week, and I just had to share! ⭐️
From the moment I walked in, Heba greeted me with such warmth and made me feel right at home. She offered delicious snacks and refreshing drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch!
Sandra gave me the most incredible facial...she was so gentle and extremely knowledgeable about all the products and skincare. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and the facial left my skin feeling absolutely rejuvenated.
Dan, the General Manager, was also fantastic. He was friendly, super informative, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch. It's clear he cares about providing great service and making every customer feel valued.
Overall, the team at this L'Occitane location truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for personalized, exceptional service and high-quality skincare. I'll definitely be back!

I came in after getting a sample from a friend and I am obsessed with the almond shower oil. I'm totally hooked. I was so happy to find out that they had a store in the Rideau centre. As soon as I walked in, Melissa greeted me with a smile. She showed me the selections and I purchased the almond oil. I even signed up for the membership. Melissa answered all my questions, she is knowledgeable, she provided me with incredible customer service and signed me up! I recommend L'Occitane en Provence to everyone now!
