The team working here are the definition of amazing. All of them are always so friendly and helpful, we only wish we transfered our prescriptions sooner. They helped us obtain our prescription baby formula during the formula shortage when our usual pharmacy wouldn't even lift a finger (despite using the same supplier). They know us by name and remember the small details about our drug sensitivities, what worked/didn't work, etc.. Cathy has especially been a godsend pharmacist.
Bonus is this pharmacy is also a compound pharmacy!! And they deliver too. We were very sick once and couldn't make the short drive to get our baby's medicine, and they delivered it our doorstep.
We're sincerely super grateful for everyone working here.

These people working here (the whole crew) are fabulous. They greet you with a smile when you walk in the door. You do NOT feel like a number. Helpful. Kind. Quick. Responsive. They are amazing and I will forever be a customer here with this kind of service. Having dealt with a few pharmacies in the past that have lost their way - this pharmacy is bang on. Thank you!

I thought I had written a review already, but I can’t seem to find it. Preet and her team are so kind, knowledgeable, and really go above and beyond for their clients. I switched from the big chains to her pharmacy when she first opened (around 2017, I believe) and have been super happy with everything. She truly cares, and even remembers your name and your dog’s! Without a doubt, best pharmacy in Ottawa, and they deliver too! You will not regret switching over.
