Thought service would improve once it switched back to Rona but service is still lacking on the floor! Takes forever to find someone to ask questions and even when you do, half the time they don't know how to help you.Sticking to the other hardware store down the road instead from now on.

Order was made online for pickup. Locker storage barcode was sent. I got there, easy menu driven scan the barcode and my items were all there.for my pick. Awesome

Ordered multiple building supplies for a Reno I was doing with delivery. There was some damaged sheets of drywall. Called my local store and explained the situation. The store manager was understanding and extremely helpful. The next morning everything was corrected and received a follow up to ensure I was happy. I have never experienced this level of service from a box store. This will definitely make me return in the future and I will recommend to purchase from this location.

I have had an unsuccessful attempt to get warranty or replacement parts for a $600.00 item that failed after a few months of service. Customer service sent me on several goose chases to finally end up at the same contact message after 8 months of follow-up. Formal case numbers included and zero contact.I followed all requested for information and then was told to contact Rona....which ended up in the same situation. I offered to pay for the parts needed to fix the problem myself and got more misguided information. Now I have no choice but to throw a massive garden structure into the landfill and pay for a new one. NOT a friendly or sustainable company. I would not recommend dealing with Rona as they are unethical in business practices.

Sent me an email telling me that my online order is ready for pick up. Got to the store and took awhile for the staff to find out that my order was in the locker. I asked how do I open the locker without the instruction email. She only told me to wait another half an hour for that email. No sorry no apologies. I later found out that they sent the instruction 15 minutes after they said me the confirmation email, and it was from a different email address so it went to my junk mail. This is a dumbest online pick up process and I will try to avoid ordering my stuff from them.

Appliance delivery was scheduled on a specific date, however no advance call received from delivery company to confirm delivery, no one showed up on scheduled delivery date. I called many times the Lowes 3828 Innes Rd, Ottawa, either no one answer the phone, or I get constantly transferred, nobody taking responsability to resolve the issue. Poor service !!Update: fridge delivered initially is defective and damaged. Replacement delivery scheduled but no one show up. Finally another delivery is scheduled, replacement fridge arrived however replacement fridge is also damaged!! A 3rd delivery is now scheduled to get a new fridge! Delivery company does NOT take good care of appliances!!

Excellent and friendly staff, and they are everywhere in the store so you never have trouble finding one if you need help. They also offer “curbside pickup”, where you just park in one of the designated spots closest to the store and they will bring your products out to you. Their range of products and services is also incredibly large, making it a one-stop-shop for any and all work you need done around your house or cottage. Highly recommend.

I like the staff-they have been helpful. However, I detest the store policies. Lowes is ALWAYS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS. It has become a regular occurrence now to be at the checkout, and then scan an item only to discover they are charging a higher price than what was posted. They do not adhere to the scanning code of practice, so the customer always looses out.

In store shopping for the most part is fine, although Lowes has greatly reduced the amount of stock of lighting fixtures in its physical stores. The problem is with online ordering of lighting fixtures. It is a gong show! Do not try to order anything online with Lowe's if you get your mail by Postal Box. I kid you not- Lowe's could not confirm my address using a Canada Post app, so my house address does not exist according to them. When I explained that I get deliveries all the time here, they said it didn't matter, Canada Post can't verify your address. I even talked to a manager to ask why they were using such a stupid method of verifying an address, I asked her to google map my address- she found my house, but still couldn't ship to it. They said the best they could do is deliver to a store. So I would have to pay to ship to a store and then pay gas to drive into the city!!! So yeah NO

We tried to buy a custom kitchen and countertop for $23K from this store. We had a very good experience with Al, the kitchen designer. He was very patient, helpful and professional, I sincerely thank him very much.The problem is here though!When we went to pay at the front!We tried to do the finance. The cashiers and managers had no idea how to do that. They worked on my cellphone for an hour. At the end they made a mistake in processing, and my payment suspended.I had to return the next day to get my money back!They waisted my time and just smiled at me!Although we liked the design very much but unfortunately we decided not to buy from this store, cause of being very disorganized and chaotic. Frankly I couldn't trust them.If they can't do a simple money processing how they can handle a complicated project like a kitchen reno!I wonder how it is possible?We had the best experience with the designer and the worst experience at the front and management in the same store!

I've had nightmare with deliveries and how they approach fixing THEIR mistake BUT Instore shopping is awesome and I find usually cheaper then home depot... quality stuff and staff... As an ex master contractor you will see me crawling up and down the rows with my service dog hanging from my neck... Love the staff and the way they will stop what they're doing and help you until you are satisfied... 10 star rating

Bought an EGO lawn mower online, six in stock, to be picked up from Orleans location. Writing says could take 24 hours, no problem I think to myself. Wait 2 days, nothing. Call, waste 20 minutes on the phone to be told they contacted Orleans location and order was delayed; someone will contact me about my order today. That didn't happen. Total of 4 days later, I get an e-mail saying my order was cancelled because of no stock, credit card to be refunded in 3-5 days... Tried to call Orleans location back to see if there are other options (like wait for stock and them to honor the sale price), select department, phone rings endlessly. Tried again, same thing. You do realize it's this sort of thing that'll make me never shop at Lowe's again, right?

After ordering a Washer/Dryer in October 2022 my home was damaged by the delivery company. The former GM Spirvy said it wasn’t their responsibility but that RXO the delivery company would repair the damage. 5 months later RXO finally agreed to settle and pay me damages, and it has been two month since and I have not received a check and when I ask Jason Marinoff (the RXO contact) for information my emails go nearly completely unanswered. If you want RXO to reply to any of your emails you have to make it a “third request”. When they do reply they just say they “made the request” and that’s it. Truly the most pitiful customer experience I’ve ever had. I created a complain with lowes that it has been 7 months since they assured me everything would be fine but the phone number listed for this store on Google doesn’t work and the Lowes customer care center took a report but never follow up. If you can and ask for a manager they put you on hold for 30 minutes and then tell you none are available. Such a shame. It’s been two months since we signed a legal settlement but they won’t pay me or answer when they will pay me.

I went this branch to buy a wheelbarrow and after one 30 minutes sending all around the store, i couldn't find and even no one came to help me. they promised me to make it ready for picking up by next day at 7:30 am.I called the them in the morning and they confirmed it is ready fir pick up. When I got there the guy looked around and said it's not hee yet I asked to speak with supervisor and shared the issue and told him that I have 2 worker on jobs items that are waiting for the wheelbarrow to work. He offered me " we will make it ready for you and deliver it to your place for free tomorrow!!!!". It seems he did not have sufficient sense of working with contractors. I needed that day not another day. I highly recommend everyone if you are in rush to buy something do not go there.
