I had a very disappointing experience at this Lululemon location. I went in for an exchange after confirming with customer service that I could do so at the store. However, the way I was treated by the staff, particularly the manager, was incredibly disrespectful. They spoke to me as if I was trying to claim something for free, which was insulting and degrading.
As someone who has spent over $5,000 at Lululemon, I expected much better treatment. Instead, I was made to feel like I was unwelcome and unimportant. Their attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially for a brand that markets itself as premium.
I have experience working in customer service, and if such behavior occurred at my workplace, it would result in immediate termination. Lululemon should seriously consider investing in training programs to teach their staff how to treat customers with respect and professionalism.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly urge others to think twice before shopping here.

Really nice store, great layout. The clothes are really nice, but I'm told that the clothing quality has really regressed recently. The fitting rooms have really weird lighting, not sure if they're flattering.
Personally, I'd prefer that employees not approach me every time I walk into the store to ask me if I need anything. I appreciate the sentiment and the overall message, but it makes me feel more anxious than anything (I probably am not alone in this situation).

Love this newly redesigned store- they always have everything I like and the buy online pick up in store option is really convenient . Educators are helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions and aren’t pushy at all!?

Lululemon now has a disgusting policy where they will not honour their quality guarantee unless you give them your personal information. This scummy policy needs to be stopped stop and we will never shop at Lululemon again. People need to stand up against corporations overstepping and treating you like a commodity they can resell or use for targeting and advertising. Boycott stores that adopt these personally invasive policies. Stop giving your personal information!!

Really disappointed with my recent experience at LL. I buy a lot from them, but had one pair of leggings that had bobbled a bit and I heard they were great for honouring the quality promise that they have. I submitted everything by the form (which was a lot of detail) and then exchanged a bit with a rep and then nothing- haven’t heard from them in 2 months. I’ve sent 6 follow up emails and it’s radio silence. I still need to replace my leggings and so now I’m thinking I’ll do that elsewhere.

Came in with a friend but shopped alone. Not once did someone come to help despite four employees working. One on cash one, one folding clothes close to me and two floaters walking around. Both definitely saw me. The store was not busy. Went to pay and as I showed my gift cards the cashier laughed while looking at them. I asked was why she was laughing and she 'oh nothing'. I told her that I was surprised not one person approached to help. I also said I noticed that when women came in the shop they were asked if they needed help. The cashier said I helped your friend. She had but we were not shopping together. Her response 'we try to help everyone'. Apparently not.I love Lulu clothes because of the quality and would have bought more if help was given but the service was awful. I will shop at the Westboro store instead if I go back.Service should be friendly and given to everyone in the store.In case management is reading this it was transaction 75528 by Educator 99994000122088
