Great customer service!! Very attentive personnel and the managers are always available and friendly. The only thing that I would recommend is that the store keep more sizes and items available in merchandise sold. Buying online is always a guessing game when it comes to size.

I recently purchased apparel from Lululemon, spending a lot of money, under the impression that their products were of high quality. However, it appears that some of their clothing is not designed for longevity. And according to the staff member that was assisting, it is important to inquire about the materials used before making a purchase.I purchased a particular hoodie and pant combination and noticed that the material was becoming fuzzy. I returned it to the store, where they kindly exchanged it for me. However, one of the employees made a peculiar remark, stating that Lululemon’s materials are not indestructible and disregarding my main complaint of product quality. The staff member was quite dismissive for whatever reason.We contacted Lululemon’s customer service for advice before going to the store regarding the clothing and were informed that they stand by their quality. However, upon visiting the store, we received a different impression from the staff assisting us, who stated that some of their clothing was not of good quality. This is confusing, as the clothing is quite expensive and should be of good quality, lasting for at least more than a month before deteriorating.While I am grateful that the store exchanged the product, I am dissatisfied with the manner in which I was treated. The staff attributed the issue to my well-groomed beard. It should be noted that I own 10 other hoodie and pant combinations from Lululemon, one of which I wore to the store on that day, and have never experienced any issues with my beard.I did not wish to cause a disturbance and hoped to speak with a manager discreetly, since it might have been a one off issue with the employee I was dealing with. It was an unfortunate customer service situation that could have been handled differently.I would like to remind the Lululemon store the importance of listening to customers about quality issues with patience and avoid being dismissive. The Lululemon quality promise listed on your website says it all. The clothing purchased were all recent, I would understand the sentiment if it was older. Unfortunately, the clothing was not cheap to ignore these quality issues. Perhaps it might be worthwhile to markdown the product's that are not considered by Lululemon as good quality moving forward.**Lululemon quality promise obtained from Lululemon website states the following:"If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back. While we pride ourselves on creating long-lasting gear, our quality promise does not cover usage beyond practical lifetime, and as a result our Quality Promise cannot be applied to any item purchased through Like New. Fabric: Passionate Innovation"

The staff needs a lot of training on customers service particularly the store manager “Libby”. It is sad to see a world big name like lululemon not doing great when it comes to helping their customers in stores. These days most of us do their shopping online, fast and no hassle so therefore stores need to up their games making sure that every customer leaves with a big smile and that wasn’t the case.

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience while shopping with my daughter at this new store on April 14th. Despite my daughter being under 12, the sales associate adamantly refused to let both of us use the fitting room at the same time, citing a "one person per room policy." I tried to explain that the policy should not be applied to a minor, but the sales associate remained inflexible. As a parent, I found the situation to be highly inappropriate and it left me feeling very uneasy.

The new location is so much bigger and more enjoyable to shop in than the previous location in Rideau center which was so small and cramped. The layout of the new store is so much more efficient with sufficient space and the renovations look great!Here are some picture of the new store and what you can expect!

The new location is great! The staff was super nice and helpful. They were knowledgeable about their items and really efficient. In 15 minutes, I had ordered what I needed and received it 2 days later at home.

Fantastic customer service. I was asked if I needed help by 2 different sales floor people even on a super busy Black Friday. I was Christmas shopping for people. I had no idea it was so expensive but everyone speaks highly of their products and it’s what was requested so ??? hahaha

Always a super pleasant experience at this Lululemon! They are friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. Additionally, they are sensitive to the fact that they don't have as much plus size in store as they do online, which I appreciate (not their fault, of course.) Thanks! ?
