First time using this storage place. I selected and interior storage that is heated and secure with access card and padlock. Very clean. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Easy access to large door and dollys to move the stuff to the storage lockers. Very satisfied so far and will definifely recommend place. The bonus for me is that is 3 minutes from my place!

Well today at 2:20 I called. this place to get a price on a 8 x 20 container. And got hung up in a total of 5 times. 26 of August 2024. Now tell me why. I'am a customer asking for rhier services.

Family-run business, very friendly and helpful! The lot is clean and secure; I was able to store my belonging for a 3.5 month period without the pressure of being locked in to a contract. The pricing was very reasonable and fair-- I would definitely recommend or use again!!!

We leased a couple units from them as we grew our business. All requests we threw at them were handled promptly and without fuss. When we wanted to expand our space, they found a solution for us. They were a big part of helping us get to the next milestone in our business.

Rick and the lads run a great business and have helped accommodate my storage needs in a pinch. Great facility with climate controlled and outdoor access lockers and it's pretty easy to get in and out of even with a not so maneuverable vehicle.

Trevor is a gem.. over past few years.. i have always used this storage.. very trust worthy.. helpful.. tbh no matter where i love in ottawa this is only place i trust with .

Amazing service they understood my situation when I was at Uottawa and were very kind and helpful. They also worked outside of opened hours to open the gate for me this is by far the best service I've got from a small business and I can't recommend them enough!Cheers
