Hello everybody i am a Costumer always in mark's store and i've been coming to south keys mark's store there is handsome women i been many times there and purchased many things so ifraah she been helping me all the time and i'm happy and lucky i see her there because she helped me alot with many items and thanks for mark's store hiring this employee ifraah and recommend to everybody mark's the one in south keys and get assist from ifraah and they're all good team.

Racial profiling: I spent about 45min looking for new boots. The shoe area 'manager' basically stood next to me the entire time without offering a single bit of help.Every time I would put on a single shoe (not even the whole pair) and walk a few feet, he'd find a reason to also 'do' something nearby. As I'm leaving, I left a couple shoe boxes, neatly packed up, next to his stall assuming he would put it back, as I wasn't sure where each box came from. At this point he decides to finally talk to me and give me a lecture on why I didn't put the boxes back.. So I put the shoes back but said that most stores prefer the staff to put them back so it goes in the correct place. So I'm not really sure what this guy is getting paid to do other than racially profile people..

Shopped for safety footwear, got something within budget, not huge variety of safety shoes but reasonable. Helpful staff.

I had a really great experience with the products and the staff, Kenneth and Brooklyn were both very knowledgeable. Kenneth helped me with steel toe boots, socks, insoles, and waterproofing spray, and Brooklyn helped me with clothing. They were both very eager to help, 10/10!!

When we were shopping, a short, dark-skinned, curly-haired, bearded male staff member wearing glasses rudely told my 13-month-old baby not to touch the shoebox in front of me. It was extremely impolite. As a result, we left the store quickly and have no intention of returning. The experience was very disappointing.

Went today around 6:30 pm. Only saw one person working there, he is light skinned man, looked at me and turned his head the other way, no greeting, didnt ask if I needed help. I left the store and he looked at me as he was at the cash and turned his head away. BRAVO MARKS
