This is an amazing company and we are so fortunate to have selected them to replace all the windows on our newly purchased home. This review is unsolicited btw and we couldn’t be happier to share our experience with others. When we were looking for a company we had many names presented. However, I read reviews and wasn’t sold on any until our contractor suggested Marlboro as he had numerous positive experiences with them over the years. Their sales rep Samantha was great (and so patient with me) at presenting the options. Ordering and installation was seamless! Also their prices were beyond reasonable! This is a local company that values quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you Samantha and Marlboro staff! Below are pics of the before and after product.

We recently had all our windows replaced and a few new ones added into our home addition. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with Marlboro. Samantha helped us find the perfect fit for our home. She provided us with a free quote, was very knowledgeable, kind, and always made herself available to answer questions. The installers arrived on time and got the job done in less time than expected! They were super knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We are so pleased with the end result - the windows look great!
Samantha has continued to be in touch and has supported us with questions we have brought her weeks after everything the job been completed. Highly recommend!

We have had multiple windows and doors over the past 3 or 4 years replaced by Marlboro. They have done a great job, from sales to installation to after-install support. Yesterday we had 2 large windows installed....here @ 9am and done by 1230. I would highly recommend them for updating your windows/doors.

We had all the windows and doors in our house replaced by Marlboro. It was a great and professional experience from beginning to end. They were thorough, following-up on details that I would have taken for granted and that improved the overall esthetic and functionality of our home. Samantha was great and immensely patient as I had frequent questions. Lots and lots of questions. The installers, Nino and Chris were hard working, respectful of our home and efficient. We just had Marlboro replace 6 of our windows. The representative we were in contact with from the beginning and throughout the process was Samantha. She provided us with a free quote and has made herself available to answer any of our questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, and communicated with us in a very clear and timely manner. We were pleased with the price, and the process was simpler than we imagined. The installers were friendly and professional and did a great job. The windows look awesome, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Samantha has made it clear that we can contact her anytime if any issues or concerns arise.
We would recommend Marlboro if you're planning on upgrading or replacing your windows.

We just had Marlboro replace 4 windows, a big bay window, a patio door and 3 exterior doors. We dealt with Samantha and from the initial contact to the installation all our questions and concerns were promptly answered. Samantha is very knowledgeable and not pushy. The price was good and the process easy, just took s bit longer than initially discussed. The installers Nino and Chris were friendly and professional and did a great job. The windows and doors look awesome and we are very happy with the end results.

Immensely thrilled with our experience and end result with Marlboro Windows & Doors, strongly recommend them!First off, Samantha was phenomal in supporting us with the design and selection of our windows and doors. As first timers tackling a project this big we were relatively overwhelmed with the options, but she guided us along in a trusting and consultative manner. Samantha very quickly demonstrated being master at her craft and helped us understand what our design options were, different pricepoints and trade-offs we could make, and gave us really candid opinions which we appreciated so much. She built up our confidence every step along the way.Then came the installation - Nino and Chris were phenomenal. In only 4 days work (we were expecting 5) they tackled changing the windows of our entire 3 floor houes. Not only were they a really friendly and trustworthy pair, they were super respectful of our space as we worked from home and were always happy to answer our questions we had every now and then. The cherry on top being they left the inside and outside of our houes absolutely spotless with a thorough cleanup :DWe were blown away by the end result. Our century home has been totally transformed and modernized. We were able to replace our heat leaking and dated windows with beautiful, clean, custom built windows that let so much light into our house!!

Marlboro replaced 10 windows and my front and back door. The process from initial contact to installation went smoothly and all my email questions were answered promptly. Samantha was very knowledgeable and answered all my initial and subsequent questions promptly. The price was competitive and everyone from Samantha, who measured and provided a quote, to Nino and Chris, the installers, were friendly and professional. Everything was installed in early December. The windows and doors look great and I am really enjoying them.

From purchase through to installation the customer service and communication has been terrible!!!The whole process has been incredibly stressful.We have spent $22,000 on new windows and a very large door. Shortly after fitted, I noticed a manufacturing fault in the glass, which the owner eventually admitted was a manufacturing defect, in spite of that, I have been asked to pay a further $500 to have the glass replaced.We have been unable to come to a resolution, so I have now been left with a faulty glass door and am regretting my decision to ever use this company.I am only putting one star as I do not have any option to put zero!!!!
