The lgbtqia community in Ottawa has banned this location because of the proximity to Tailgators which is highly bigoted and homophobic. Because the mall has been made aware of the horrific treatment of 2 lgbtqia individuals from that bar. For this reason this Marshall's location will not be supported by the community. You can let your mall admin know this.

One of the manager, on the 21st of October. This older lady with long brown hair. I went to return an item with my mom because she doesn’t speak English and this manager was really rude she was in a rush to end this conversation. Im never coming back here, I was not expecting this much of a disrespect. This was not the costumer service I was excepting.

The store itself is organized but it is a smaller location and doesn’t hold a lot of items other than clothing. My only issue is when I got to checkout, there was only 1 cashier and she was really taking her time and even distracted looking at other customers behind the one paying. It seemed like it took her 5 mins to scan and uncensor 4 shirts. She didn’t seem very knowledgeable, and I felt she could have been done with the customers ahead of me a lot faster. She was very friendly though.

A very nice store with a large selection of clothes, footwear, and home decor. You can always find great, affordable t-shirts and other men’s clothing items. This is also my go-to places for children’s toys, home decor, and seasonal/holiday decor.

Marshall’s is a great spot to shop for a number of different lower price (but not budget) brand names.
They have a reasonable shoe selection. Good men’s belts. Some household products and toys and design elements. Great place to shop for a number of different regular needs items. This particular location was clean and the staff was hard at work organizing and restocking. Products were easy to find and well labelled.

Disappointed, I like this place but some staff, especially those that are younger are rude. This young man at frontline at cash who was tall, blonde with blue/ green eyes scoffed/ laughed at me when I said I won’t be purchasing an item.
I recommend treating EVERY customer with utmost respect whether they decide to purchase or not.
Left feeling embarrassed and disappointed, no one should feel uncomfortable when shopping or not choosing to purchase an item.
