Charged me 50$ for repair of my watch that wasnt complete .couldnt find the i in Gemini ,inside my watch, was there when i brought it in.He says it wsnt ,?Not recomended in my books .They called me back to have the letter i fixed at no charge Was very pleased ,fast and friendly service Thank u Master Fine Jewellers?

Great selection, good prices and very nice owners! They spent time with us carefully choosing rings to fit our style. They went out of their way to order one in for me at no extra charge! Very happy customers (X2, as both my fiance and I bought our bands here)

I must say, I had a fantastic experience with their customer service. I brought in my watch for a repair and not only did they fix it for a very reasonable price, but they also offered me a student discount which was very much appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I was in and out in no time, and my watch has been working perfectly ever since. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a watch repair, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

My husband recently had the battery in his watch changed at a store, and they charged too much money. However, after just two weeks, the battery died and stopped working. It's not fair to provide a low-quality battery that only lasts for two weeks. I don’t recommend this store to any body.

I am pleased beyond my ability to express superlatives with Master Jewellers at Billings Bridge PlazaI have an old Timex Expedition watch that I cherish very much because it is a reminder of happy times from the past. A few weeks ago it stopped working for some reason. I took it to a reputable jeweller and I was told that it needed a replacement movement, but that the replacement unit would not have the illumination feature because it wasn't available. I decided against getting the repair done and I took the watch to another reputable jeweller. This jeweller also checked the watch and told me the same thing. I also decided not to have the repair done. As I mentioned, this watch is very dear to me and I wanted it to work as it was intended. A friend of mine recommended Master Jewellers to me as he so very pleased with their service. I took there and I told the lady how much I cherished this watch, also mentioning the information that I was given from the 2 other jewellers. The lady was familiar with this model of watch and told me that the illumination feature is separate from the movement and it would be retained if a new movement was needed. I agreed to have the inspection and repair done. A few days later she told me that the watch only needed a battery and the existing movement was operating correctly. I was so pleased!!! Not only did it not need a replacement movement that 2 other jewellers told me it would need , but it only needed a battery ! This watch is now woking perfectly just as it had been for so so many years. I highly recommend Master Jewellers to everyone, especially if a treasured item is involved. They are so courteous and honest , such wonderful service !!

I went to a store and had the battery in my watch changed. They used a Renata brand battery, which costs $4 for a pack of four at Walmart. However, they charged me $30 for change battry. The couple who run the store were uneducated and did not show any respect to me as a customer. Even after I told them about the price of the battery, they accused me of lying. I will never go to that store again and I advise everyone else not to go there at all.

Took a broken necklace that had high importance to me to get fixed. They went above and beyond for the repair to make sure the necklace was like brand new. Great service and friendly staff.

My mother cracked the crystal on her Rolex and brought it her to be replaced. They destroyed the watch in the process and claim “there’s nothing wrong with it and that they can’t see anything”. There is water damage, dirt, and deep gouges on the face. The face is destroyed and after we brought it to a Rolex dealer they said this repair ruined it beyond repair.They take advantage of the elderly who don’t know better. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off and have your watches destroyed.

Terrible service. Do NOT bring your watch here for repair unless you want to be kept waiting and waste your time. I looked at the other reviews on here, and the owner is a nutjob responding to every ad deflecting blame on the clients and clearly has no sense of professionalism. Do you want to bring your valuables into a place like this in their care?Here's my story:Brought my watch to repair my bracelet, and the person there told me she could do it right away, but it would take 20 minutes, so to come back. I killed half an hour at the mall and came back only to find out she hadn't even started working on it yet. She kept telling me "5 more minutes" but she was busy with other clients trying to make a sale, so I assumed at the time somebody was in the back busy working on it. I realized she was the only person in the shop, and instead of leaving and coming back, I stayed in the shop to wait, and eventually the last client left and she proceeded to work on my bracelet... which took all of 30 SECONDS to fix. She was obviously prioritizing clients come in to buy something to make a sale rather than repairing my watch, and was lying to me that it'll take more time each time I came back to pick up my watch. Zero sense of professionalism and I will not be bringing any watches back here for repairs. I also suspect the job was sloppy given how rushed she was trying to fix it since as she was working on the bracelet, another client came in. Have some sense of professionalism, and prioritize your clients and your work properly, and stop wasting other people's time!

My friend took her watch here to have the battery replaced. She was informed that the watch was broken and she should buy a new one. After having a different store look at the watch she was informed that the battery was removed and the watch had been damaged. It seems like Master Fine Jewelers damaged the watch in order to make a sale. This is just horrible.

Have been dealing here for over 10 years, so disappointed, arrived today for 3 watches to be repaired, supposed to open at 11am, waited until 11:10 and still no one around, very bad Business
