About May Court Bargain Box
May Court Bargain Box is a well-loved second-hand store operated by the May Court Club, a charitable organization run by women since 1970. The store offers a good variety of items, including clothing, jewelry, and books, with new stock frequently arriving. The jewelry section is surprisingly large for its size, and the book selection features a range of genres, including unique finds like a Cold War-era world atlas. The store is well-organized, and staff are friendly volunteers who handle items with care. Prices are reasonable, and the store accepts only cash. Customers appreciate walking in every few weeks and finding new treasures. However, the store has limited choices and requires masks to enter, which some find unnecessary. Overall, it is a nice place to browse for good deals and support a charitable cause.

We love this place. We stop in every 5-6 weeks and always walk away with gems. The staff is all voluntary and they are all super nice. The selections are reasonable in size, not overly cluttered. The inventory seems to change over fairly often so always finding new things. Cash only.
