I find it hard to shop here because they are always out of stock of everything I want. Mid-way through November every holiday item I look up on the website is already sold out.

They have this absolutely strange policy whereby they can't sell larger items (like Christmas Trees) after dark. Which is fairy early at the time of year that most people would be in the market for a Christmas tree. Something about safety (mumble, mumble, store policy, it's too dark where the trees are kept). How about setting up some lights???
Luckily, the Kanata/Stittsville store actually had the required stock on the sales floor. I called ahead and they had it ready for me at the front cash.
Perhaps I should post this whole story to Reddit's 'mildly annoying' subreddit.

The staff are extremely helpful here and always assist me and my kids when we're looking for a product with a specific quality. My son recently was looking for art markers and the staff member was extremely patient and showed him the various types, explained the differences between them and let him try them out. This is very helpful considering the crazy price for them. Also, the 40% coupons are great. This store is worth checking out if you're creative or an artist!
