T took my playstation 4 in to get a disk removed and they removed it easy, I thank them, but th mechanism ro ejected the disk was burned out, but some how after there experience and cleaning it working as if I just bought it, so thanks again ?

I try and spend my money here every chance I get. This store has been in ottawa since I was a kid and I am so happy to see it stick around to this day. They have an ok selection of products and treat their customers well.

Amazing customer service, as a collector of retro video games you can’t get better than microplay anywhere let alone in Ottawa. Well they may not have the largest selection. It truly is quality over quantity here. The staff are friendly and informative. Some may think they are overly picky when it comes to trade ins but you can tell they are looking for quality as to provide the best customer experience for all and staff will always provide a reason for not accepting an item. They are also by far the most fair when it comes to trade deals and prices, and again you will always recieve an explanation for the offer you are given. It’s apparent that microplay cares about customers from collectors to casuals. Never had a bad experience keep it up!!!

Love going to microplay! They have a great selection of retro games and staff. Always love pre ordering game with them plus they carry “limited runs” copies of games. Highly recommend to check them out if you’re in Ottawa!

I was desperately looking for a 2DS and Animal Crossing New Leaf (both brand new) and not only did they have both available, but they also ordered another game I was looking for! The staff working was super helpful, and never once spoke down to me or tried to up-sell me.It was an amazing experience and I'm loving the new console

I got my copy of spiderman 2 on release day from them. I didnt even have to preorder it. microplay had so many copies that day. Im very happy i stopped by that day.
