I want to give a special shoutout to Antonio and Chris in sales for a smooth transition in trading in my 2020 Mini Cooper and buying a 2025 Mini Cooper S, both 4 doors. I needed assistance with a recently acquired Mini, as I was heading across the country. Jeffrey and Tristan at Ottawa Mini helped me secure my roof box correctly and fixed the lock, free of charge. They also recommended the proper fuel and oil to use and looked up and printed off it’s servicing history for me. I’m so grateful as I couldn’t have got underway without their help.

“Once again .. Mini Cooper Ottawa did not disappoint ! In sept of 2023 I got my first mini .. a 2019 . I received excellent service and was thrilled about my new car . It’s been a year since . A few weeks back I inquired about trading it in. Antonio forwarded me pictures .. I fell in love .. a 2022 JCW.. it’s gorgeous .. Christopher, the General Manager was able to assist me in providing me with the best deal possible . They made it happened ! And last week I picked it up. It’s spectacular !! Very difficult to reach a person still waiting even early in the morning.
No return calls even after leaving several messages. Once there, the receptionists are not helpful at all. I will never recommend this place which clearly needs a big change in customer services.

AVOID MINI! They don't properly diag cars and alpha auto group is terrible! TAKE YOUR CAR TO A PROPER GARAGE!

I recently traded a car I wasn't happy with at Mini Ottawa. The experience was beyond what I expected from any dealership. Chris was so helpful and transparent about the process and cost. He was not pushy either and gave me lots of time to ask questions and think about my decision to make sure I made the right choice. Everyone on the team was great. Even after I received my Mini, I got follow-ups from the staff to see how I was doing and if I had any questions about my Mini. I will definitely be going back to Mini Ottawa when it's time for a new car!

We have had really great experiences with mini Ottawa when getting our mini serviced and for recalls - Tristan in the service department is super helpful and accommodating. The sales team are also great and very friendly and helpful.

Service was efficient, reps were knowledgable, forthright and very interested in making me happy. The car was delivered exactly as agreed upon as was the cost and other arrangements. The dealership was clean and quiet. No hard sell.
