Rats and mice everywhere. The Management will never tell their clients its an issue. There many less expensive storage places in Ottawa and other places give one month free rent.

The bushes behind the parking lot are full of crackheads, that sometimes sneak inside the storage facility so they can use their washroom to get high. Rats and mice are crawling everywhere, because people store pet food inside their lockers. Robberies are pretty frequent at that location.

I'm not sure what happened to the old place, but the new car wash is overpriced and has no staff. I arrived at 3:20 and was told they were closing for the day (they say they are open until 5pm). In the end, I was glad I didn't end up getting service because their price for a small SUV is $89 for inside-outside cleaning. That's double what it was a year ago.
Don't go here!

When I mailed my fob to get my $50 deposit back, they told me they got the mail but not the fob. Which is unbelievable. I can't use it for anything. I don't care they didn't get it, I want my deposit back.

What was once Ottawas premium car wash has become an overpriced, under done joke. You used to drive up, have your interior vacuumed, mats washed and then driven to where the car was pressure washed and then through a car wash machine with under body spray. It was then dries and the interior finished by a group of people. All for a reasonable price.
Today, a quick pressure wash and exterior cleaning with a long handles brush then on to the finish area where 2 people breeze through to complete the job and all for an outrageous $79.
Another example of a good place gone bad and the fact there are no line ups anymore is demonstrative of the steep decline in quality and service.
