I was at the store today to purchase a winter jacket. Had execelent service and help from Mausam. Very friendly and knowledgeable and great advice. Very helpful recommendations Thanks so much for you help keep up the great work. Excellent customer service. Set the role model for other workers ? I’ll be back to shop one day ?

customer service needs to be improved.
The cashier offered me to buy the bag for 10$ to get the discount, once I left the store I found all the sewing threads coming off and the bag was not sewn well, so I went back and said politely that I was here 20 minutes ago and bought this bag but it is like that now, Sona at the cash with her anger look said ok, she took the bag that was in a bad shape and put it back on the hanger so another customer might end up purchasing it instead of throwing it away. She replaced mine but she did not say anything out of courtesy and politeness such as sorry about that or have a good day. I thanked her and left, so this is basically what happened, I purchased the first time a bag that was returned by another customer and they just put it back on the shelf/hanger without checking the condition of it. She did the same, when I returned the bag that is in a bad shape she just put it back on the shelf for another customer knowing that it is in a bad shape without being embarrassed to do this in front of me.

We came in to make an exchange on some Christmas gifts and misplaced the receipt but luckily the kind lady at the cash was able to pull up a copy with my phone number. She was so cheery and happy to be helping us which made both my moms and my day. We need more people like her in customer service jobs!
