When ordering some tiles, the desk lady said they need to order from their main office and didn’t mention about exceptional return policy. When tried to return within the timeframe, they said it was special order and No return! Very disappointed and waste of money

Huge selection of tile. The showroom is really impressive. We called and needed some extra tile....in and out in 15 min.

I chose 24X48 Eterna Calacat gray for my kitchen . It looks great.But I have to mention the professional help that I got from Emily and the guy from the back to resolve a problem.
