Thierry made time to come view the job and quote well in advance, and we had a number of delays but he kept adjusting accordingly with no complaints. The works was clean and efficient and the price was fair. Highly recommend Ottawa Demolition and Removals.

I am so happy and relieved. I had an old garage that was about to collapse on my neighbor's property. I was worried about the potential damage the removal of the garage would cause to my neighbors' garden. But Ottawa Demolition and Removals came with a crew that was super careful when taking apart the roof and walls. The crew was friendly and answered all my questions before starting the job. They took down the garage in a day (in the rain!). They came back the next day to break and remove the concrete ground. My backyard finally looks clean. I am especially grateful to Thierry S. for his guidance and advice throughout!

The team at Ottawa Demolition did a great job on our asbestos abatement and flooring removal. They got the work done on time and left the site really clean. They were also very flexible in managing some of the unexpected items that came up. Thierry was very responsive and was constantly keeping me up to date on the progress.

We sub contracted Thierry and his team to undertake a major asbestos abatement job; vinyl tile, drywall joint compound, and popcorn ceiling throughout the main and second floor of a residential building. Thierry kept me updated during the abatement process and made sure all the details were to our satisfaction. He is now my go-to guy for anything related to demolition.

Thierry and his team are as professional as it gets. As a General Contractor in the Ottawa area we frequently use Ottawa Demolition for the prep on our projects. The demolition is always done in a professional manner, which I would expect from a Demo team. However it is the teams attention to detail that truly impresses me. Always ensuring site protection is properly set up, and all demo has been completed down to the last drywall screw and flooring staple. I have been using Ottawa Demolition for a number of years and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
