Working with Ali Raza was an absolute pleasure! Ali is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my HRV 2020 took about 3 days .The best part – Ali stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Ali if you are considering buying a previously owned automobile.

My experience was neutral with this dealership and I am not sure I would return.Came in and worked with an excellent Salesperson Orlando who accommodated me all the way through. I traded in my 2015 Honda CRV that I purchased in Quebec. No accidents or issues. They offered me 11,500 and put 10,000 trade in value with the KMs at 170,900. I traded it in for a 2020 Honda CR-V. Upon arrival, I saw the salesperson painting the rust spots and never fixed any chips or buffed the vehicle. I got the vehicle home and inspecting the vehicle myself, the coolant was not added or the oil was changed. After contacting the Honda dealership, I was informed that the vehicle was “serviced”, which it was not done properly. I had a noise in the vehicle when on the highway which later found it was the breaks. If vehicle was inspected, this would have been noticed. I contacted the Honda Dealership and they informed me to go to my nearest Honda. I went to my nearest Honda and paid for a new oil change and was informed the front end was not changed. I went back to inform them of the issue and they offered to change the front end as I was still in my 30 days. Before Covid, I was with Dupont & Dupont Honda who gave me winter tires, summer tires and a full tank of gas with my Honda 2015. I did not get that same service here. This dealership ended up doing some maintenance on my vehicle and I had to pay for an oil change out of pocket. As the end result, I shouldn’t have had to argue this much to get a good client service. I will not be returning in the future.

I went with my sister to cosign for her to buy a car because I guess this is impossible to do digitally even though I live 2.5 hours away and it's 2024.
They told her we would be in and out for a quick signature and then she'd be able to pick up the car with the plates.
The plates were not ready. She ended up having to take a dealer plate and has to mail it back to them once they mail her actual plates. We didn't learn about this until we got to the dealership.
They lost the second key and we were asked to stop at another dealership in Ottawa to have a new key programmed - something we absolutely did not have time to do. We asked if there was any option to do this at a dealership closer to home and the answer was no.
Overall it just felt very disorganized and was not a good experience. I would not return here.

After speaking to Ali at Ottawa Used Honda I drove 770km to see and purchase a vehicle we had been in discussions about. I asked him to let me know the night before I drove to Ottawa that the car was still there, and he said it was. Unfortunately when I arrived, another agent had sold it the day before so now I was eight hours from home with no vehicle. Ali had said he would not be there when I arrived but I would be in good hands with Arun. You can imagine my disappointment to not see the car I was interested in but Arun did all he could to turn it around! I am grateful to Arun and Ali for their efforts and hard work in getting me into a great vehicle, the colour I wanted, similar low kilometres and a snazzy trim level with a few more design features. He also sped up the paperwork and had me back on the road a day earlier. I would recommend both Ali and Arun for anyone purchasing a quality used Honda. Love my Honda CRV Touring car! Drove home in safely and in style! Thanks fellas!

Ottawa Honda was great to deal with. Staff was very open to my needs and wants, and did not try to influence these in any way. The easiest and most pleasant experience I have had buying a car. Would deal with them any time.

My recent experience with Ottawa Honda Preowned left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. Despite initially positive interactions with their sales staff over the phone, my visit to the dealership quickly turned into a frustrating and unpleasant ordeal.Upon arrival, the dealership informed me that my Volkswagen Tiguan, the vehicle I intended to trade in, was in need of all four pads and rotors to be replaced. This claim contradicted recent servicing at Kanata Volkswagen, where they assured me that the pads were at 7mm on a 10mm scale, with no significant issues noted during inspection, despite a minor noise from the rear.What made matters worse was Ottawa Honda Preowned's attempt to leverage this supposed issue with my Volkswagen to manipulate the deal. They presented me with two options: either pay $2000 out of pocket for the purported repairs, or accept a $2000 deduction in trade-in value for my Tiguan. This ultimatum felt not only unethical but also like an attempt to extort more money from me.It's worth noting that at this point, I had already signed a bill of sale for the Civic and left a deposit, which added to my feeling of being trapped in a high-pressure situation.Seeking clarity and reassurance, I immediately contacted Volkswagen, who confirmed that the cost for pads and rotors would not amount to 2000 dollars as they claimed. This stark contrast in pricing, coupled with the fact that there were no pressing issues with the brakes to begin with, left me deeply disillusioned.In conclusion, my experience with Ottawa Honda Preowned and their sales manager left me questioning their integrity and ethics. It seems they are more interested in exploiting customers who may not be well-versed in maintenance costs, rather than fostering genuine relationships based on trust and transparency. Proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership, as my experience suggests they may not have your best interests at heart.

As a person with mental health needs, I can say the people at Honda Pre-owned were amazing. I didn't feel financially safe after signing, and the staff were wonderful in understanding and working it out. They were so kind and supportive! I will be returning when I am ready as they have gained my loyalty. (Non of what occurred was fault of those at Honda, I just wasn't ready).

I met with the salesperson for a vehicle test drive, and at first he seemed very pleasant. Once we returned from the test drive I provided him my vehichle’s VIN and he ran a CarFax report. The CarFax report came back and to my surprise there was a police report that indicated that my vehicle had been involved in a moderate two car accident in 2018. I tried to assure him that this was an error and that I was the sole owner and my car was undamaged and pristine. Unfortunately he and a couple of his colleagues were more than happy to interject and essentially tell me my vehicle was worth half of what I understood to be a very fair price. He continued to remark about the CarFax report, and that my car was in a ‘severe’ accident and wasn’t worth what I was expecting. Ironically, the vehicle I test drove was involved in an actual accident with visible damage, and had an CarFax report to confirm that damage. However that report didn’t seem to affect the price the dealership or the salesperson was expecting me to pay.All to say the experience was less than friendly and mostly accusatory. I left with the CarFax report, contacted CarFax and discovered it was a simple clerical error, and my Car Fax report is now ‘clean’.I considered this Honda dealership because of the excellent experience I had in dealing with Brockville Honda when I purchased my car in 2015. I assumed (incorrectly) that the experience at a local dealer would be similar.
