Exceptional service from Sami and the team at Otto's !! This purchase is my 3rd Subaru but my first with Otto's in Ottawa and this buying experience has been by far the greatest one I lived. I'm from Montreal, Qc and wherever you're from, it's worth a call and a road trip. Sami is super efficient, professional and straightforward! I dealt with Allez, one of the sales people, for the puchase of a Subaru. He was professional and knowledgable. I have not dealt with the service department yet, but so far the dealership seems well managed.
Update: I got completely different information from 2 different service reps a few days apart. As a result, I was not able to get any service whatsoever on my new BRZ. I was forced to book warranty upkeep service through another Subaru dealer in Ottawa. I suspect Ottos is a victim of its own success. The service department is probably overwhelmed by the sheer number of vehicles they sell.

Very satisfying service! The staff here go above and beyond to meet your needs in purchasing a new car, with full transparency and the ability to give good deals. Bruce, specifically, was very helpful in making us understand the features of the latest Subaru Forester and pricing the car to a very affordable level. Highly recommend if you intend to purchase a new Subaru ^^

I couldn't be happier with my car purchase experience at Otto's. Imad was very knowledgeable, helpful, clear, and relaxed. He knew the answer to all of my questions and wasn't pushy at all. There were no surprises when it came to pricing. This all was in stark contrast to the experience I had had at some other dealerships recently, where I had to deal with pushy salespeople using cheesy sales tactics and trying to rope me into signing a contract and making a deposit just for the privilege of test driving a car I was interested in. It's kind of amazing more salespeople don't take a no-bullshit approach. I unreservedly recommend dealing with Otto's and Imad in particular.

Zebo is very professional in explaining the features of the Crosstrek, and helped me order the vehicle in the color I preferred. He answered all my questions timely. The car arrived early than expected, so I got to drive to various parks with it to see the fall colors in October. I'd recommend this place if you are shopping for a new Subaru.

We had an electronic issue with our 2024 Outback. The vehicle was towed at Otto's Subaru since it was the closest to our location when the car failed. We normally go to another dealer closer to our home. The service at Otto's was good, the clerk at the counter very professional and pleasant. An overall good experience,

I initially was not impressed...by being shepherded into a salesperson as soon as I walked in the door. I was caught off guard. Thats me..I am old school. My return visit with my wife was similar...but WE both put our foot down and browsed unimpeded. By chance we met a young man BRUCE. Instant chemistry....,he was personable,unassuming,no pressure.and after a short conversation...it was our decision...our man. His vehicle knowledge incredible. No nonsense strictly fact. He guided us softly into a position where we were comfortable in beginning the purchase process. BRUCE is a testament to the high quality of good valued staff that are in this organization. We had later learned that BRUCE had started in the service dept...and obvious his talents recognized. Both my wife and I would gladly welcome BRUCE and his family to become extended family.

I recently drove hours to Otto’s Subaru to sell my 2 year-old Subaru Outback with Eric Laflamme St. Jean. When I got there they inspected my car and found “minor” hail damage on the roof (that was invisible to me!) and Eric told me that while they couldn’t sell the car through the dealership, he could put it up for auction for me. I asked what kind of commission Subaru would take he said: “Zero.” The car sold within hours, for a much higher price than I expected, so I am very happy. This dealership is incredibly busy—it was like a train station in there—but Eric said that taking care of customers and keeping them happy is their Number 1 priority. And it shows!
