“Just had a WONDERFUL customer experience with Richard! This guy knows his stuff (40 years in the business)! We arrived just before it closed (thinking it was open later) and instead of shoeing us away like most staff do now, Richard stayed, explained things patiently and rung up our sale with a SMILE! Honestly, best service and product knowledge I’ve come across in a LONG time!”

“Great place. They have good range of made-to-order solid wood furniture which is a great antidote to rickety, flat-pack disposable stuff that they sell at you-know-where. They offer all manner of wall coverings. But their true superpower is mixing and matching paint. Bring in a shred of your 20 year old colour and they will mix you up a new can that will be an exact or so near as to be imperceptible. Their staff are totally authentic, friendly and very knowledgeable. It's about as far from trendy as you can be, but you're going there because you want stuff that will outlast wave after wave of trend and still look good in 20 years, yes? Yes. I thought so. Now go get your samples and get over there.”

“Want to share my experience at this store. Excellent service from Mike in terms of picking paint colours, sheen, and process recommendations for painting cabinets. … also some great help with my wallpaper choices. The products are amazing Benjamin Moore colours, but it is truly the customer service that will bring me back again. Thanks so much Mike !”

“Excellent service from Sherwin-Williams. We had been dealing with another location and were referred here because of the quantity and type of paint we are using. They deliver direct to our location usually within a few hours of calling them. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.”

“Visited the store as I was directed by an office employee mistakenly. However, the employee who served me “Name on Receipt Nathan” responded to my questions also guided me to the right direction. Thank you for the advice and your customer service.”
