Went in there only knowing I needed a bracelet with a bauble on it. Left there knowing what the different clasps, charms and bracelets all were. Extraordinary knowledgeable employees, Chloe at St-Laurent mall location was well knowledgeable, patient and basically teaching a toddler everything that they needed to know. Would recommend this location !!

The manager at the store refused to help us from the moment we walked in. Wanted to exchange something for my wife and was told they needed the box. Waited 25 minutes for my wife to go to the house with my 3 month old son and two daughters. Said nothing the entire time. Once my wife returned she told us she was going to refuse service and was calling security. I am absolutley disgusted that my children had to witness such unethical behavior. Mind you it was my wife’s birthday and we did absolutely nothing wrong. Security banned us for six months and pandora indefinitely from the store.

always getting deferred by customer service, hung up on three times now when they attempt to transfer me to a different department
inexperienced workers telling me to come in only to send me home after specifically asking if x issue can get resolved in store

I got an engraved necklace and it literally looks like scratches. No one can tell what it says and he refused to give me a refund until I fought for it. Very disappointing experience go to a different location

I want to express my dissatisfaction, a month ago my husband bought me a chain with a pendant as a gift from this store. After 3 weeks, I noticed flaking of the gold on my pendant and went to resolve this issue. To which they told me that there is no replacement, only if it breaks, and that they cannot do anything at all. But again, my product is only 3 weeks old, where is your guarantee? I didn't buy jewelry from some market, I bought a well-known and famous brand for $200. A girl with blond hair did not conduct a very correct dialogue with us, she was arrogant and smiled, when we asked who was in charge and if there was an administrator, she replied that all 3 sellers were administrators. I am disappointed, do not recommend and will not return to this store. Attached are photos and videos with a good side and a side where there is no more gold
