PartSource is a great place to begin your search for parts, but it’s not the best option for buying them. Once you find the correct part name at PartSource, hang up and keep looking online – you’ll definitely find a better price elsewhere. PartSource, while not strictly a Canadian store, operates similarly to U.S. retailers with the aim of making you pay inflated prices for parts. The service, provided by people in Ottawa, is often disappointing. For example, they tried to sell me a coil pack for $99 each, and I needed six. I went online and found six for just $134, including spark plugs for all of them, saving me nearly $500 by not buying from PartSource

Yesterday I went there and there was a guy with vision glasses he wasn’t helpful at all because he was busy on his phone. And he gave me the wrong item for 2 times. And.he was look unhappy because I told him this not the right one, honestly I’m not go there again.👎🏻

Very clean store! As a woman, I definitely appreciate that I was treated with respect, and not spoken down to. My questions were answered quickly, and I was able to get the information and parts required. I'm very pleased with the product knowledge of the staff, and feel that I received good value for my money. This store is now my go-to!

Horrible. Called about a/c hoses and fittings to make my own hoses, was told “we have a cart full you need to come and look”. I drove an hour and a haft round trip (I live out of the city) to arrive and find a cart full of generic a/c recharge cans and the hoses for recharge. Nothing for repairs like I asked about. Waste of time and fuel. Will never return.

Went in on August 12, 2023 and the service I received was AMAZING! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have never changed my wipers before and they picked out the right ones for me, took off the old ones, and put on the new ones! They also stayed to make sure they were working probably! The service was amazing here!

Their drivers are rude, terrible representation of this store. I had stopped here for all my auto needs for the past few years but will never return again to be assaulted by one of their employees!

Was looking for a specific part for my car and called the store and spoke with Gary.The part l was looking for was unavailable from many parts stores across Ottawa.He took the time to find the part outside of Ottawa and has great customer service skills.Will be visiting PartSource for car parts and accessories from now on!

Bought brand new Rotorts and pads starts smoking the first use. They would not return them because they said they were opened and used. Don’t recommend buying there parts as they are very very very cheaply made. Very bad quality and expensive at the same time.
