Convenient little store, good selection of foods, treats, and toys, for cats & dogs.Prices are on par with independent pet stores, it's always clean/tidy, and the staff are friendly & helpful, and (considering it's a smaller space) they have an awful lot in there while still having enough space to walk with your dog.I get all of my dog food, and the majority of their new toys, from here.

Horrible unhelpful rude sarcastic girl at cash ignoring customers telling staff not to help customers shop that they shop for themselves at 400 pm today I will never return here and heading back to petsmart

Just recently started shopping here as I now have two dogs and live close by and this is now my favourite pet valu! Very friendly and helpful, I am very impressed! They greet you when you come in, take the time to talk to my dogs (I'm always shocked other pet store staff don't do this, it's like they don't even like dogs!), offer them treats, and happy to help me find the right food since I recently switched from kibble to freeze dried raw. I was in there this evening (Thurs Mar 7) and Kada (I hope I have her name right) was super awesome and helpful! She took the time to help me find new bandanas for my pups, and also gave the dogs some cookies! Excellent and very kind service. Thank you!!! My pups love everyone there, too!

Great staff welcomed me when i arrived asked if i was looking for anything, definitely more expensive than your average Walmart pricing but also more brands and better quality. I was given coupons for my new pet when mentioning I had one. I would shop here again

Went this morning with my girl Lily ? and right from the moment we walked through those doors EVERY staff made us feel WELCOME AND SAFE... I was going in for just 1 product and not knowing it came out with exactly what I needed and then some ?. Thank you ALL for taking the time to understand Lily and take the time to love us!
