“The team working here are the definition of amazing. All of them are always so friendly and helpful, we only wish we transfered our prescriptions sooner. They helped us obtain our prescription baby formula during the formula shortage when our usual pharmacy wouldn't even lift a finger (despite using the same supplier). They know us by name and remember the small details about our drug sensitivities, what worked/didn't work, etc.. Cathy has especially been a godsend pharmacist.
Bonus is this pharmacy is also a compound pharmacy!! And they deliver too. We were very sick once and couldn't make the short drive to get our baby's medicine, and they delivered it our doorstep.

After finding out about a nation-wide backorder issue for the life saving drug required by one of my family members, the Shoppers pharmacy told me to figure it out and try to find stock elsewhere myself.After calling a dozen pharmacies who told me they could not help me, I luckily reached the Orleans Compounding Community Pharmacy. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me secure the prescription we needed, took care of transferring my prescription and insurance information over from Shoppers, and had the prescription ready in less than 24 hours.The pharmacist made this otherwise incredibly stressful process smooth and offered exceptional, personalized customer service.The pharmacy is clean and there was no wait time in line upon arrival. “If you're currently a customer for pharmacy or otherwise at Shopper's or Rexall, what are you even doing? Go to White cross. They have THE best customer service here. Prescriptions always ready that same day, staff go above and beyond to help you. You feel like they actually appreciate you here, Shopper's treats their customers like an annoyance they have to deal with.
Only request is, both cashiers didn't know how to give me a raincheck for supplements that were on sale, and they were out of stock. Everywhere gives rainchecks if you're out of the product, please fix this hehe :)”
