What a disappointment. Ordered the 12 wings and when I opened the box I was in disbelief. The wings were tiny had no meat just batter. Quality so bad. Photo shows a wing next to pinky. Next to the sauce package shows a better scale of how tiny and skinny (no meat) the wing is. I have never seen a wing this tiny in my life. What a joke!!!

Don’t get the spicy chicken if you’re looking for a spicy chicken, it’s not spicy at all. They give you regular chicken and say it’s spicy. And the guy/manager Cole is a weirdo get your kids away from him.

The employees here just chat and don’t work. Placed an online order 20 minutes ago. They didn’t even see the order. Tried calling them before coming, the call goes to voicemail. When I got here there were no customers and they were just chatting in the kitchen. They found out I placed an order only after I got here.

I drove all the way from montreal just to have a burger as i loved their food in toronto. but their food here was so greasy that i could eat it after a few bite. you are doing something wrong, the chicken tinders shouldn’t be this greasy, its like you are sipping oil with each bite. i am extremely disappointed.

Literally the worst place to eat EVER! So here is the story. I ordered on Uber, a big family combo and got two extra sauces and one BIG BOTTLE OF SPRITE! anyways, when the Uber delivery came, I saw that they gave me ONE CUP OF SPRITE and they still charged me of course but that’s not the problem. Here is where the problem started.. I called them to tell them about the problem and you know what they told me? They told me to CALL UBER and they even said that before I even asked my question and told them anything. And I’m like why are u even blaming Uber driver? And they said Uber drives always STEAL food and they don’t give the customers all their food. So I lost my temper to be honest because like WHERE IS HIS RESPECT AND DIGNITY?! I’m like you are the one who messed up the order and u are blaming it on people who are working hard everyday to survive their life in Canada?! of course these people blame the poor Uber drivers for their own benefit to STEAL money. They are the ones who are stealing. But the fact that they can easily blame Uber drivers really made me heat up and get upset. Their food is already GROSS and is made with the WORST OIL ever. Their food is bad, but they have NO RESPECT, NO DIGNITY! they weren’t Canadian so they were definitely immigrants and as an immigrant girl who came here, I know how hard it is to survive here without a job and they should of all people UNDERSTAND! But they don’t deserve their job. THIS FAST FOOD PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN! THEY ARE FEEDING US THE WORST FOOD AND ARE TREATING US LIKE WE ARENT HUMANS AND THEY ACCUSE DRIVERS FOR STEALING! Also, here is my question, how can the driver steal my bottle if you actually put it in my bag and then deliver one Popeyes cup?! PLEASE, THIS IS AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS AND NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO ACCUSE OTHERS OF THEFT WHILE THEY ARE THE ONE STEALING. Thank you.

I ordered one bottled sprite but they sent just one cup of sprite. !!! When I asked them about that mistake, he answered the Uber driver stole it !!? it is not possible and acceptable that you accuse others !!! You did this wrong action.

Spicy chicken could be little more spicy. It tastes like mild.its the taste which puts Popeyes over its competitors.The staff are not welcoming.Would prefer another location over this if I am closer to.Good ambience and dine in spaceParking: Parking lot is bit crowded due to many restaurants around.

These guys are so underwater. I walked out without ordering. When it was my turn in line, I waited at the cash for ten minutes without anybody taking my order. Über eats cuts the line and that's all they cater to. Don't go here.
