Great store, lots of inventory. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Usually go between the Kingston and Kanata location, although I did make a trip to the Ottawa recently.
All pretty much the same layout.

I really enjoy the store have almost everything I'm looking for when I go there. However if you order online please do not go to the customer service or return desk I waited in line for about 10 minutes to find out I was at the wrong place. So if you order online for customer pick up when you go into the store turn left go all the way to the end past the ratchet straps and that's what you pick up your item it goes pretty quick

Online inventory and instoromputer listing of inventory was way ofg in three stores ottawa east/west and kingston. Each said had 8-1] trailer tires in stock but actually had zero stock. Wasted my day
