Canadian family owned and operated since 1907! Penny's favorite ice cream is a smooth and yummy flavour. The chocolate covered treats with caramel and nuts are delectable! Quality products make great gifts! Good service!

Came here to get some ice cream once. There weren’t any chocolate ice cream left. I thought this was a chocolate store? The word chocolate is literally in your name.

Just tried to order an ice cream cone. Employee making line of customers wait while she was doing admin. She was a middle aged woman with plenty of attitude. In the end, several people walked away. Miserable person. So 10 minutes later and she still hasn't faced her customers. That's ok, went to Laura Secord instead. In these economic times...can businesses afford to lose customers? So now 15 minutes and she has not helped a single person. Timestamped pics for proof. With so many looking for work, she should be replaced.

There are very few ice cream flavours, not as good as the other store. Once, they didn’t even have chocolate flavoured ice cream at a chocolate store!

Being that I'm originally from Vancouver, Purdys was the chocolate and ice cream I ate.I love the blue bubble gum ice cream, but it's often out of stock. However, I've had other flavours and they are all delicious.My favourite chocolate is the white chocolate bars. I've tried chocolate bars from the other chocolate store in thr mall, and it's not as creamy and rich as Purdys.

My favourite place to get chocolate! I got the 3 pack of easter cream eggs and they're to die for. Next year I'll need more than 2 packs for myself, lol. So good. Thank-you Purdys!!

This has been my first visit of the Purdys Bayshore location and I have been quite disappointed. After waiting 5-10 min in line for an ice cream like everybody else, staff asks me (9 months pregnant) to step back to allow a customer that just arrived to the store to skip the line without further explanation.
