This store owner and operators are nothing but thieves… they stole my return Amazon package (baby stuff worth $$$) it’s been two weeks since I have dropped off the package the guy at the counter said he scanned it but couldn’t give me a tracking number at the time for some odd reason he was having difficulty with the machine but said it was scanned in and would get picked up… very sketchy…2 weeks later and both Amazon/Canada Post don’t have a clue what happened or where the package is… & I can’t recover the package or receive a refund…Store staff are in denial.. I have proof of being and dropping the package off at exact date & time… CCTV available would show proof of entry and drop off at store… opening a theft investigation with the police since they refuse to cooperate & never answer their phone…Never do business with these people and shame on Quickie, and Canada Post. Pathetic service, and 0 morals/ethics.Owner:manager if you see this.. contact me

Stopped by during the hours listed on the door and was told it doesn’t close at 11pm like listed but at 10:50. Please update the hours on both the door and online if you aren’t actually serving the hours listed.

This manager should know better than leave a trainee by herself on a busy hour on a Friday without training her how to handle postal deliveries.A task that even a 10 year old can do in 2 minutes - scan bar code, verify ID card and hand over package!More than 10 people with delivery notices were told to come back.After waiting half an hour for manager to come back he sees me and I complain to him about leaving his trainee. He gets upset and tells me they don’t need to do more for Canada Post customers and if I’m not happy I can raise it up with Canada Post. He then turns his back on me and leaves me and pretend to do other stuff like cleaning up some garage, purposely making me wait.I was so upset that I decided to leave. Totally unprofessional!

If there was a competition for the worst convince store in Ottawa, this store will take 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Rude and un-knowledgeable, kinda like a "just give us your money and get out" vibe.

Purchased cheese curds that where sitting on the counter dated back to March 18th, they looked a little different a bit yellowish but couldn’t find the packaging date until I got home

I saw all of the terrible reviews and was worried when I saw I had to go there for a Canada Post package. When I went I showed the guy all of my ID and lease to prove where I live, the cashier was super rude and refused to give me my package even though I showed my Canada post letter, drivers license, lease AND screenshots/emails of buying the package. Im going to complain to Canada Post so I never have to go to this store again. LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS

Went in to the store earlier today the staff would not serve me because I did not have a mak on. I was told that I was able to come in but I was not able to buy anything since I had no mask, obviously these people do not know the byelaws someone should educate them, since you do not have to have a mask on if you have a medical condition and are not obligated to disclose what it is

I went into the store on July 15th 2021 around the afternoon. I wanted to take cute Instagram pictures and I did not know that we were not allowed to take pictures. The Indian lady told me in a really rude voice to stop. Personally, as someone who works in customer service as well, I would never ask someone to stop in such a demeaning and rude way. I would tell them very nicely, “hi, sorry, you’re not actually supposed to taking selfie’s in the store”. it’s so easy to be nice about it.. anyways, later when my friend went to pay, the credit card paying thing was acting weird, and the lady was like “I don’t know what’s wrong with your card” in a rude and sassy way. Later, my friend and I agreed that the lady should not be working in the customer service department if she will continue to treat people like this. I will not come back to this store unless the employees are taught to treat people nicely. Treat people with respect, it’s not that hard, it’s your job to be nice and welcoming. Whoever hired her, good job! I can tell she REALLY loves her job huh. to be honest, she should at least pretend to like her job even if she doesn’t.

Absolute trash store. They have the weirdest rules, and a package they had from Canada Post for pick up was clearly damaged by them because I saw it laying on its side, when it clearly says "FRAGILE" and "KEEP FACING UP". A bunch of glass was broken inside. The night cashier the skinny guy is one of the most unintelligent and useless people I have ever met.

Writing this august 31 2020. These new cashiers have seriously brought down the quality of the way this place use to run. Some brat working the late night shift refused to let me in 15 minutes before closing. Seeing as I didn't have my car on this particular night and couldn't go anywhere far, I just needed to grab some Tylenol for my achy tooth, He refused to let me in and proceeded to ignore me ask him why when I still had time to shop. He was so rude. Never had a situation like that with the previous cashiers running the place a few years back..Whats the point of having a convenient store near you for CONVENIENT PURPOSES if you can't shop for last minute stuff at last minute times! the people running the place as of late are so freakin unprofessional it's irritating.
