Currently in a 10 person lineup waiting to take out some loonies. I can’t go to the ATM for that and the two attendants have been with the same customers for 30 minutes… many customers have given up and walked out since I arrived.

This terrible bank branch deserves zero stars. My mortgage renewal is not correctly finalized with the lump sum payment I wished and dragging on for weeks. There are no signs of getting it corrected from this branch. Emails and phone calls to the financial advisor are ignored regularly. Branch manager was supposed to look into the matter and get back to me. That was a week ago. I will have to try and get it resolved outside of this branch and focus on removing all my financial assets out of RBC to another institution. No respect for my time or concerns.Zero customer service, zero communication, zero competence, should be ashamed of themselves!

Along with poor customer service, RBC invests heavily in unethical practices, including indigenous rights violations and fossil fuels. An investment in RBC is an investment against people and planet :(

Slow service and not knowledgeable. They claimed something couldn't be done as usual, so I tried another RBC branch and it was quickly processed.

I just had the most amazing experience with the teller named Melissa. I went in for a simple withdrawal but through her bringing something else up in the conversation she quickly tried to help me with an issue I’ve been having for over a year. I’ve called RBC numerous times for them to fix a problem with them charging me a monthly fee on my account when it should be free. I was always told the same answer that someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. I was even thinking of switching banks because of this poor service. Melissa took the time to look into it and realized the problem nobody else seemed to notice, fixed it for me promptly and even refunded me back for two months without me even asking! Thank you so much Melissa, you’re the reason I’m staying with RBC!

When you have over 150k in your bank account and they won't give you 6500$ because there's a limit but the bank is about to close this store might be the reason i quit usin rbc altogether

By far the worst bank location. If you enjoy waiting 30 minutes in line to see a teller, then go here! The people working here are incompetent and don’t know what they are doing or how to run a bank. Get some training or fire the weak links and get some good people.. Sad

They have improved their customer service by hiring new tellers at this RBC location! So much nicer and friendlier! I just received excellent and professional service from Taz at RBC at Place D'Orleans. They need more service like this at RBC.

Low quality service. Waited 20 minutes or more.. nobody cares.. line getting longer and longer.. nobody cares.. ended up leaving before being served.. sad.
