Revelle Bridal carries such a beautiful selection of dresses. I drove from Montreal to try on Made With Love.The entire staff is super sweet and supportive and I never felt pressured. My appointment had a relaxed chill vibe which helped with all the emotions of finding a dress. It is one of my top two stores that I recommend to new brides!! Defintely recommend.

I had the best experience shopping for my dress at Revelle. It was fun and stress free. I had all my girls there, and they had a beautiful set up ready for us with some bubbly :)!I already had a dress style in mind, so I showed Earleen a few inspo pictures and she nailed it. The Laguna gown by Tara Lauren was the first dress I tried on and I had to say yes! The team was also amazing throughout the year leading up to my wedding. They helped me pick the perfect veil and steamed both the dress + veil for me before the big day.Highly recommend Revelle! Thank you for making my wedding experience so magical.

I'm from the GTA and found this boutique as they were offering a Designer Spotlight. Marisa went above and beyond to assist me. We spoke on the phone, emailed and I even had a virtual consultation. The flexibility was incredible, and her kindness and attention to detail was unmatched. Very happy with my experience, would highly recommend :)

I just wanted to say thank you (times a million) to the wonderful Revelle ladies for helping me find my dream dress back in September!! Paula was with me every step of the way and I could not be more grateful for her kindness, patience, and trusted advice. She made me feel so comfortable and made the whole experience so fun for me and my family/friends. I felt totally at ease for the entire process and never felt rushed to make a decision (I ended up coming back for a second visit to confirm that the dress I had my eye on was “the one”). I went to 3 other bridal shops and Revelle was by far my favourite experience, not to mention the selection of beautiful gowns that they carry. Paula was very professional and knowledgeable but also felt like a friend that was helping me out along the way. Thank you so much Paula! I also got to chat with the owner Earleen, and she was such a sweetheart. They truly make you feel so special. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience for me and I’d recommended Revelle to any bride-to-be!

Incredible experience at Revelle bridal. Elizabeth took great care of me and let me choose gowns to try on directly from their designers' racks. She made sure the dress was well fitted to my body and that I was comfortable. It was a beautiful shop with natural sunlight which complimented the dresses perfectly. Great selection of designers (bonus - canadian designers too!). I was so happy to have found the ONE, and said yes to the dress at Revelle! The entire team was lovely and celebrated with us. I highly recommend.

The team at Revelle bridal are truly amazing! They welcomed myself and my family with open arms, not to mention making my young niece a part of this special day. I'm grateful for the opportunity to try on many dress within my appointment time and a variety of styles. A special shout out to the Rish Bridal collection that are truly unique and breathtaking. Once I found the dress of my dreams, the team took the time to celebrate the moment with us and make it feel truly special! I appreciate the great attention to detail and intricate measurements prior to ordering. A must stop for any future brides!

What an absolutely stunning, warm, and welcoming salon. I had such a wonderful experience at Revelle and cannot recommend it enough for brides on the hunt for a dress. Paula, the consultant I worked with, was such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable. She just knew all the right dresses to pull. Earleen, the owner, checked up on us regularly and gave great feedback that made the experience that much more relaxing. Exquisite environment and supportive & helpful staff!

After seeing my sister find her dream wedding gown at Revelle a couple years back, I couldn't wait for my own engagement to have the chance to visit Revelle. And boy, did it live up to all my expectations!Revelle Bridal Boutique is STUNNING - whoever designed the space has impeccable taste!What really impressed me, even before setting foot in the boutique, was the email Revelle sent. It had a link to their Pinterest page showcasing their stunning dresses. This allowed me to get a head start and pre-select gowns I'd been eyeing.When I arrived at the boutique, my consultant, Janelle, had already prepared the dresses I admired and even surprised me with some additional options that were a perfect fit for my wedding theme.After a fun 1.5 hours of trying on dresses and going back and forth between two favourites, I found "the one!" We celebrated with a touch of champagne, and I was overjoyed when Revelle gifted me a charming "yes to the dress" keepsake.Janelle went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. She was not only patient but very knowledgeable, making the experience so enjoyable. And to add to the excitement, Earleen, the owner, was there that day and provided valuable insights on timelines, potential alterations, and special requests that could be accommodated by the designer.Once I made my choice, Earleen and Janelle meticulously took my measurements, ensuring we selected the perfect size. Janelle walked us through every detail of the contract.My dress is now on order, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Marisa has been fantastic at keeping me updated on its status, and I've never felt left in the dark.I'm absolutely ecstatic about the arrival of my dress! My whole experience at Revelle was an absolute dream. The boutique itself is so beautiful, the staff is so warm and friendly, and everything was so personalized. This was the best venue and experience I could have ever asked for. Janelle was literally a dream of a consultant- she made everything so seamless and fun and just made me so comfortable. Marisa was also so amazing and kind and just ensured my experience was everything I wanted. I truly can’t put into words how amazing this space and experience was, I had the BLVD LUXE bridal experience and it was worth EVERY dime. They even went above and beyond to ensure there were gluten free snacks that were celiac certified so everyone in my group could be included in every single aspect of this experience. So happy I found my dress- but even more happy I found it here at Revelle. Recommend this spot to everyone and anyone truly ?

I came to Revelle Bridal with my sister who was wedding dress shopping, and we had the most amazing experience. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful to my sister and our entire group! My sister’s consultant, Anna, was just so amazing. She pulled so many great dresses and was very attentive to the bride’s needs/wants/wishes. The owner, Earleen, checked in multiple times throughout the appointment offering her own opinions and insights and expertise. From start to finish it was just such a fun and lovely experience, I cannot recommend Revelle Bridal enough to any future brides!!

I had a truly incredible experience buying my gown at Revelle. Anna, Earleen and the whole Revelle team were so phenomenal in ensuring that my appointment was smooth and I was able to try on everything I wanted.Not only did they help my find my gown, but they went above and beyond making sure my experience was memorable. The connection this team makes with their customers is unmatched and I cannot thank them enough for making my bridal dreams come true. Had a fabulous experience at Revelle, their team was super patient, helpful and made me feel so special and excited about finding my dress! It took a few appointments for me to find my dress and fully commit to it, and I could not be happier with how the entire process went.For my first visit I opted for the 'Luxe Bridal' appointment and it was so great to have more time, a larger group and a bag of goodies for us all to enjoy and celebrate with afterwards. The personalized cookies were adorable!!Their dress selection is expertly curated - each designer and dress thoughtfully chosen. This should definitely be your first (and likely only) stop on your dress journey.

Our bride was so excited to come here, especially as our first bridal boutique to shop for a wedding dress, but it was not a pleasant experience at all. I never usually write bad reviews, but the staff were so judgemental it was so uncomfortable. Note: it also costs 30 dollars to book an appointment, but will get deducted if you buy a dress there. I’m also writing this review on behalf of our group.As soon as the bride said this was her first place she was looking for dresses at, the staff rushed her through, which we assumed was because they didn’t think she’d actually buy one. Our actual assigned staff was nice, but not super enthusiastic. The two managers (we assume) sitting around were super snarky and give gave us dirty looks the whole time. The whole experience for everyone was super uncomfortable. Our bride found a dress she liked but ended up saying nevermind because of this experience. The lack of care towards her and our party was so disappointing.The lack of inclusive sizes (or just bigger sizes that can be clamped if needed) is also an issue as well, so even though our bride was average size, the dresses were too tight to envision herself in it. We wanted her to try some other dresses but the staff seemed annoyed that we asked to pull those for her because one was on the mannequin. Which I get takes time, but it’s a big decision, so why the lack of customer service?We ended up going to La Maison Bridal instead and they absolutely blew us away with their care, enthusiasm and friendliness. If your budget is not at least $4,000 I would absolutely not recommend this place. Even if it is, the vibe was really uncomfortable and we really expected to be treated a little better than that. Compared to the other bridal boutiques in Ottawa, the customer care is lacking. You definitely need to be a certain type of person to get that care, from our experience.

Such a beautiful boutique with gorgeous dresses!! The staff were all incredibly friendly and supportive (even those who weren't my consultant would come by to hype me up) and I never felt pressured at all. It also felt very intimate from the way they set up the dressing room which I really appreciated as someone who was a bit nervous to go dress shopping for the first time.
